I love this office, from the front desk, the nurses, the Doctors and how clean it is. I’m so comfortable going there and I have high anxiety, but not there❤️

Starting this with TMI. Before anything started I asked for pain management. At other locations they can offer a numbing spray, nerve blockers or a sedative. I was laughed at and told no they just do it. After the removal of the IUD I asked for a break to catch my breath inbetween removing and inserting and I got “yup no problem these are just qtips” and keep putting stuff inside inside me. There was a point where I asked them what was inside me because I could feel something and I got no response. They just kept moving along. I understand this experience is not going to be sunshine and rainbows. But the bedside manner was insanely horrible.

Anna McKenney is extremely nice and professional. Her office and staff however is not always that way. They blame you when they are unsure or unaware of the answer. They need more training on how to deal with their patients.

My husband and I were switch to this provider after an AWFUL experience with [Name of other provider]. This doctor is significantly better and truly cares about her patients. She explained things, discussed our concerns in detail, and made us feel heard. We truly appreciated the care she gave us.

This is why I drive all the way to alpena to Doctor hill service is excellent,I have to drive over one hour when I probably could find a doctor here in tawas, but I’m very happy with Doctor Marlissa Hill and I think it’s very hard ti find a doctor that you are very comforable with,

Dr. Matuzak has by far been one of my favorite providers from day one. I can honestly say that my only “negative” find with her is that she doesn’t deliver which I’m sure she gets all the time but I guesss I get it ;). Not only has she taken the time to take care of basic things such as patient care, questions etc. She has personally went out of her way to come up with solutions for stressful issues that had no effect on her whatsoever just to make my delivery that much more calm. I can’t tell you how much that means. Not once was there a day where my appointment visits felt rushed or unwelcoming. Two babies back to back I held my breath a little waiting to hear at least some judgement but from Brittany it never came. And not gonna lie I would get excited to see the outfits of the day too because girl has style. Just positives all around. My baby loves her, my boyfriend loves her, I love her, and I have no doubt that my newest daughter will too. I can’t thank or recommend her enough!

I had a very good experience and Dr. Hill was able to help me with my situation! I would highly recommend her!

I 100% recommend this office and Dr. Mckenney! She is amazing and listened to me and gave me the surgery I wanted and needed. I’m on track for ending chronic pain and I’m so grateful to everyone on staff! I was never overly questioned nor did I ever feel judged about my decision to not have children.

I do tell people that Dr Mckinney is always compassionate, thourough, knowledgeable and an educator. She will not leave you with questions and most of all she is kind. We are humans and not a number. She is a true asset to her profession and the world.
