I'm so glad that Dr. Hill is in Alpena. We're lucky to have her! She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and I know I'm in good hands under her care. She delivered my second baby and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

Was genuinely one of the best appointments I have ever had, Anna was so thorough and honest with the questions I had and made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident to ask questions and answered them in a way that felt like I was truly listened too. I would say that Dr. McKenney is very good at what she does. She's very thorough and explains everything very well. I would definitely recommend her and would go back to her for surgery if I ever need to.

Dr. Marissa Hill really listens and seems to know what she is talking about. She seems to understand and even though she may not have ever gone through what a patient is going through at that time in their life,Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and understanding despite of it.

It was very positive and the staff is great. I love the new location and I hear that peds is right upstairs too— I think that’s a great idea and with a remodel of the *design choices* it would be a great space and nice to be very close to peds for convenience. Also nice to be closer to the pharmacy, gift shop, diabetes education office, etc. Please keep it!!!

She's the nicest provider I have ever worked with. She seems to genuinely care. She is easy to talk to and takes your health, and your baby's health very serious. I am pregnant with my 4th baby and having her as my provider has made it a much easier experience.

Dr Mckenney is such a caring doctor. One of the best doctors I have had an opportunity to be a patient of. She always explains everything to you so that you understand. She is the best in her field. Her medical care is excellent and her advice is invaluable.

I did recommend Dr Hill to several people I spoke with, about Dr Hills services if they’d ever need something in her category, that she served me very well. She has an air about her- friendly, cheerful personality, that makes you feel better. She is a great asset to the hospital staff. Which I’d gotten know her earlier. Don’t let her go.

Dr McKenny is wonderful! She actually listens and is determined to find the answers for your issue. She is not one of those doctors who already decided what the problem is 20 seconds after you begin talking and won't move off that thought. I have every confidence in her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and listened to my needs. Dr was very understanding and took the time to explain any concerns I had. Had compassion with my situation and we have made future appointment to address my situation. As embarrassed as I was about my situation she made me feel very comfortable and made sure to answer any of my concerns.

My Dr and her nurse/assistant were very kind although a little bit speedy/quick to get over with my appointment. I have previously had AMAZING experiences but this time not so much. Unfortunately, the hospital doesn't care about women's health and has moved the OBGYN clinic from a nice, clean, and easy to access office to a poorly maintained, very dirty, and old portion of the hospital. I feel bad about my experience but feel worse for the staff working in the new nasty clinic and I feel bad for other patients who have experienced the same things I did. Dr. Hill is great so why doesn't the hospital value her, her work, and her patients enough to have a nice clean office? Unsure if I will be returning simply because of how put off I was.

I could not have asked for a better provider during my pregnancy. Brittany was always friendly and kind. She listened carefully to all of my questions and concerns and answered them comprehensively and in a way that was easy to understand.

I love this office, from the front desk, the nurses, the Doctors and how clean it is. I’m so comfortable going there and I have high anxiety, but not there❤️

Starting this with TMI. Before anything started I asked for pain management. At other locations they can offer a numbing spray, nerve blockers or a sedative. I was laughed at and told no they just do it. After the removal of the IUD I asked for a break to catch my breath inbetween removing and inserting and I got “yup no problem these are just qtips” and keep putting stuff inside inside me. There was a point where I asked them what was inside me because I could feel something and I got no response. They just kept moving along. I understand this experience is not going to be sunshine and rainbows. But the bedside manner was insanely horrible.
