I received a reminder for my appointment. The staff was very nice. The doctor was very nice. Listen to me. I did not have to wait too long to be called back. I was treated with respect. My medical condition was known and discussed.

Dr.McKenny is an amazing Doctor. She listens to your concerns, and makes sure she does everything to address whatever problems you may have. After she did my surgery she was very attentive to me and the problems I did face post op. Her bedside manner is astonishing. I would 100% recommend her as your OB.

I love Brittany. She's so kind and respectful. She'll talk to you and treat you like a normal human being. I recently saw her with my [AGE] month old son where she was evaluating for lactation/latching concerns. She was so gentle and kind to him. It's a shame that I do not want anymore kids because dealing with this OB office as a whole has been amazing, I love everyone in this office and appreciate them so very much for the care they've provided me throughout both of my pregnancies and after!!

Dr. Hill is very friendly & very easy to talk to. For my next appointment she gave me a choice as to how long I wanted to wait with the medical issue she is seeing me for! That was wonderful!

Getting someone to answer the phone in that department is very hard. You get voice mail most of the time. They say they will get back to you by end of business day and it never happens. Same with the portal. I feel like the need another Sectary and or another assistant up there to help.

I have really liked Dr. Hill from the very first last year. I am seeing her now since Dr. Conboy left and I'm very happy with her. She takes her time with me and I feel very comfortable with her. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who would ask me about a conacologist. She's just what I was hoping she would be like. Now I don't dread going to get my check up.

I'm so glad that Dr. Hill is in Alpena. We're lucky to have her! She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and I know I'm in good hands under her care. She delivered my second baby and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

Was genuinely one of the best appointments I have ever had, Anna was so thorough and honest with the questions I had and made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident to ask questions and answered them in a way that felt like I was truly listened too. Extremely welcoming upon entering the room overall a great experience

I would say that Dr. McKenney is very good at what she does. She's very thorough and explains everything very well. I would definitely recommend her and would go back to her for surgery if I ever need to.

Dr. Marissa Hill really listens and seems to know what she is talking about. She seems to understand and even though she may not have ever gone through what a patient is going through at that time in their life,Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and understanding despite of it.
