Dr McKenney made a good first impression. Although, getting a new patient appointment took a while, the Dr herself was excellent. She acquainted herself with my history prior to me getting there. She performed a pelvic exam, ordered testing and scheduled another appointment to go over my tests and prepare for what my next move may be. I was very impressed.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr McKenney is very caring and willing to try suggestions to help improve the patient’s health. The convenience of being able to see her the first Wednesday of each month in Lincoln saves drive time for me it just reduces the availability at only once a month at this location.

Dr. McKenney has excellent bedside manner and is extremely personable.

Dr, McKenney is absolutely amazing. I seen her a lot for my first pregnancy and seen her for after care and even for medical issues that came up this time around. She is beyond amazing and overall she listens and want you to feel like your voice is heard. With that she made me feel like I made the right choices and was getting great care.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I can’t recommend Dr. McKenney and her team highly enough. I travel out of my way specifically to see her. She’s fantastic. I’ve never left her office with any doubt or unanswered questions. She goes out of her way to offer emotional support alongside medical care, and I would never know she has other patients based on the time she takes when working with me.

Dr. Makenney cares about her patients. I had many questions for get the day I was there for a procedure and she answered them all without making me feel rushed. She demonstrates expert knowledge in her field and shared it in a way that is easy to understand!!

Dr. Mckenney helped with the birth of my son and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. Particularly nurse Lori in labor and delivery. She was so attentive, helpful and accommodating through our long stay and truly made the process of giving birth so much easier for us. If I had her info I would thank her personally for all her care and support over the days of labor and recovery.

Anna Mckinn y is absolutely amazing Hands down! She puts herself in your shoes and understands you more than anyone else! She’s the best one there! If I could keep Anna McKinney as not just my OB but my primary dr that would be great! She’s the only one I’ll see Literally

This was my first time seeing Dr McKenney and I was very impressed. She listened to me, explained what she was doing, and gave me options I could understand. There was no pressure nor was I uncomfortable.

I appreciate how she listened to an answered all of mine and my husband's concerns and questions about an upcoming surgery.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I only wish things would not have taken so long with ultrasound imaging results (not her fault, done through radiology department.) But it did take over 3 months to get a second appointment after three ultrasounds, and had to be referred again through my primary doctor. One ultrasound being through an ER visit in which results didn't take over 4 weeks to receive. My issues only worsened during this extended time and made things more painful and challenging. I'm pleased things are moving forward now. I am very comfortable with Dr. McKinney.

Every time when I go to my appointment, I am always greeted with a big smile. I feel welcomed, cared for and listened to in Dr.McKenney’s office. I am thankful for having such a professional team to provide care for me!

She did my pessary removal & check without making me feel embarrassed. She did her best to make it as painless as possible. She listened to my concerns & offered helpful suggestions. I honestly felt like she is helping me make the best decisions about my health.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing that would make pessary removal less painful would be if there was a device that folded the pessary like a taco. Everyone I spoke to from the front desk to the exam room, were helpful & pleasant.

Dr McKenney was very caring, empathetic, professional, sympathetic, and professional about taking care of my infertility struggle. She listened to me, my concerns, and answered every question I had. She was very motivated in helping me in the next steps of my journey to becoming a mother.
