What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I love Jessica and the office staff. They have been a saving grace in my pregnancy. I often call with questions and am never treated poorly or stupid. This is my first pregnancy, so I feel like I called a lot, but I am always treated with kindness and respect. I always receive the answers that I require prior to hanging up, and someone always follows up with me a day or two later to check in on me an see how I am feeling.

This office is the best provider I’ve ever been to for anything. Everyone there is so kind and always makes me feel so special. They always make me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Green and staff are great! I am a high risk pregnancy and they have been nothing but helpful and calming my nerves. Creating a plan for the safety of myself and my baby.

I didn’t like my last appointment she started to cut my bar out before the numbing even kicked in and I still kinda felt it as she was doing it it was a little bit sharp

Shaelyn Miller listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She came up with a plans and a secondary plan just in case the first one didn’t work. I felt seen and hear by Shaelyn Miller and I definitely would recommend her to my family and friends!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The office staff is great and friendly. The appointment was quick, they were on time and professional. Work on listening and the way you ask questions. They weren't really clarifying when asking for the first time: "you've had one partner, right?" "You've had a yeast infection." I didn't really feel heard about the problem I went in for, but they did answer my questions as they could. Overall, as a person in healthcare for decades, they are doing some not great practice things but there are also a lot of benefits and perks.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was referred to another GYN in Mt Pleasant and after 2 months of trying to get ahold of the office go schedule an appointment I asked my provider to refer me to MyMich. I was contacted within 24 hours with an appointment scheduled in days. I was in and out quickly and my meds were sent the same day. Highly recommend over the competition!

Dr. is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She is thoughtful, thorough, & efficient. Staff in the office is friendly and make you feel welcome & comfortable. 10/10!

She is an amazing provider. Always does what is best for the patient and she is very informational always trying to educate her patients on everything she does or every option when it comes to treatment/procedures. I give her a 10/10

I love all the people in the office. They were there through my pregnancies, births, and now after. My kids at [AGE] & [AGE] years old and these ladies still remember me and ask me about my kids!

Probably the best group of women you could have! Over all just super nice and willing to do more then just their jobs. They talk with you, remember you and your family, and they always are polite and thoughtful.

Dr Miller is kind, understanding, patient..I cannot remember my nurses name but she was excellent as well, so was the receptionist and the nurse who provided my follow up care
