They were very engaged in our visit and made sure to answer all out questions. The front desk was amazing and was very helpful with our rescheduling needs. Our whole experience was above satisfactory

Always greeted polite and professional on the phone and in person - I feel comfortable with everyone in the office - Shaylynn takes her time ask questions I don’t feel rushed at all. I feel great after my visits thank you

The medical assistant working with the provider was trying to tell me what my medical issues were caused by. This is not her job, they is for the provider to discuss with the patient

She is a sweet, outgoing, and very professional doctor. Where my primary physician questioned my needs, she did not.

I have never had to sit and wait after my appointment time when I call to get in it's always rate away the ladies are very friendly and caring with any questions or concerns

Excellent care provider. Excellent communication skills. Always courteous and also an active listener. She was never preoccupied and gave 100% of her attention to my questions and concerns. Very welcoming of any and all questions. Never hurried the appointment.

Shaelyn has been very thorough with trying to find answers for me! She is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to find answers! Thankful that I decided to try out an appointment with her even though I usually see Dr. Tatar! Will continue to see Shaelyn!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Shaelynn and her team made me super comfortable, they talked me through literally everything. Making sure to address all my concerns, and when I was nervous my procedure was failing they got me in the very next day to make sure I was taken care of. I called in with more concerns and the staff made sure to call me and talk me through the results of my tests. There are honestly not enough nice things to say. I even expressed to my primary the level of care and comfort I was given had exceeded all expectations I had.

When you bring an autistic child into the office you can’t usually wait to see the doctor, they are always fast and efficient. I have never waited past my appointment time and I very much appreciate that. Nice and very friendly staff!!

Shaelynn was a new provider and I felt quite anxious at the beginning of my visit, but she was friendly and had a very calming demeanor. She was so kind and made eye contact and interacted with me in a way that made me feel heard and at ease.

The staff and Dr was courteous and very friendly answered my questions and listened to my concerns ran the the tests I needed the same day and got back with me when the results came in asked if I had questions or concerns I would recommend them to anyone

This was my first visit with Shaelyn. I was pleasantly surprised with her bedside manner. I’ve had some less than ideal experiences with other doctors in the practice in the last 4-5 years. But Shaelyn restored my confidence in the practice with the way she conducted herself during my appointment.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would have been nice if I could have had a pap smear but the healthcare industry does not allow for it if you get older when it's really necessary

The staff was very friendly during checking in and checking out. Shaelyn Miller listened to my concerns and symptoms. She was articulate with a diagnosis and the treatment plan to follow.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. No improvement is needed.
