Excellent care provider. Excellent communication skills. Always courteous and also an active listener. She was never preoccupied and gave 100% of her attention to my questions and concerns. Very welcoming of any and all questions. Never hurried the appointment.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Shaelynn and her team made me super comfortable, they talked me through literally everything. Making sure to address all my concerns, and when I was nervous my procedure was failing they got me in the very next day to make sure I was taken care of. I called in with more concerns and the staff made sure to call me and talk me through the results of my tests. There are honestly not enough nice things to say. I even expressed to my primary the level of care and comfort I was given had exceeded all expectations I had.

When you bring an autistic child into the office you can’t usually wait to see the doctor, they are always fast and efficient. I have never waited past my appointment time and I very much appreciate that. Nice and very friendly staff!!

Shaelynn was a new provider and I felt quite anxious at the beginning of my visit, but she was friendly and had a very calming demeanor. She was so kind and made eye contact and interacted with me in a way that made me feel heard and at ease.

The staff and Dr was courteous and very friendly answered my questions and listened to my concerns ran the the tests I needed the same day and got back with me when the results came in asked if I had questions or concerns I would recommend them to anyone

This was my first visit with Shaelyn. I was pleasantly surprised with her bedside manner. I’ve had some less than ideal experiences with other doctors in the practice in the last 4-5 years. But Shaelyn restored my confidence in the practice with the way she conducted herself during my appointment.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would have been nice if I could have had a pap smear but the healthcare industry does not allow for it if you get older when it's really necessary

The staff was very friendly during checking in and checking out. Shaelyn Miller listened to my concerns and symptoms. She was articulate with a diagnosis and the treatment plan to follow.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. No improvement is needed.

I felt very at ease even on my first visit. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my issues. I feel very comfortable talking with her and her staff,which helps greatly when you ask for help.

Ms Miller was very helpful in providing info of things I didn't understand. Very compassionate and professional. Meredith was also very helpful with info. Wonderful provider and staff. Happy I decided to change to this network for this provider

Everyone at the office is always professional, kind, and caring! They always keep my appointments timely and do a great job serving their patients. Shaelyn, is always friendly and makes me feel very comfortable, even in scary/new situations.

I was nervous at first when i met doctor first but on my second visit I was happy that I could speak to Dr. Miller about my mental health openly, though it was my first time consulting a doctor. I felt calm when Dr. was listening to me with patience and I was amazed with her work culture of how she easily handles it. Everything was very outstanding about Dr. Miller.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
May be discussing about details regarding diet plans or more information check on activities, I as a patient should take care in my daily routines would be more helpful.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I believe they handled my care to the best of their ability. They gave me a pamphlet and made sure that I knew that I was clean and that there was nothing to worry about. All is good!

The whole office staff is outstanding! I had a great experience with Nevada and Shaelyn - I felt like they both truly listened and cared about my concerns and did not hesitate to help offering some solutions/further testing. Meredith was very helpful with scheduling for some testing and is always so friendly!

my appt went great i really like how personal Shaelyn was and took the time to go through my chart and ask questions about every thing - i felt comfortable and not rushed ;) i would be happy to see her again. Thanks for getting me in at the last minute also:)
