Robin and staff were friendly and respectful throughout the appointment. Robin was sincerely interested in helping me with my medical issue, explained options in an easy, understandable manner. I felt heard and helped.

The whole staff is phenomenal! Robins listens to my concerns. She takes the time explaining what is occurring and the treatment plan that will follow in a way that is easily understood. I appreciate Robin educating me during my visits.

Robin is a great listener who takes the time to educate the patient on what is happening. I appreciate her thoroughness and calm demeanor. The front office staff is pleasant to interact with as well.

My visit was a yearly check up and Robin donated sufficient time to go over my history and answer any questions asked. She was easy to talk with and explained things in great detail.

The whole staff was outstanding from the moment I checked in, to the nurse, and even checking out to schedule another appointment. During my appointment Robin took the time to listen to my symptoms and answered all of my questions. I was fully educated on the condition I have and what the nexts steps may entail.

I really like Robin. She took a lot of time with me and was patient with my questions and discussed some things with me that no one has ever spoke to me about at my yearly exam.

She’s always super nice and willing to listen to her patients. Many doctors don’t listen to their patients correctly. She is one of the best OB’s I’ve ever had!!

Was told by my primary doctor that this was a scheduled pap visit, that never took place. Was surprised it was just to have a discussion about concerns I could have discussed at a later time. She was how ever very informative. I would have never wasted my time, gas or copay to just have a conversation.

I believe that she has a great personality she made me feel very comfortable and she was amazing at keeping a conversation with me to keep my mind off of a stressful procedure. Answered all of my questions with the patience of either needing to repeat or go into more detail she did it all with a smile and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Great office.

Robin was exceptional during my recent visit. She listened carefully to my questions and concerns and provided excellent advice and recommendations that were easy to understand. Highly recommend Robin and this office in general. The front office staff and nurses are also friendly and helpful and very good at their jobs.

The staff at this office is always exceptional to work with. Robin took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and provided easy to understand advice and recommendations. Excellent experience from scheduling through the end of my visit as always.

robin is incredible. when i was going through a hard time she was so supportive. other doctors shamed me. not robin tho. she has only made me feel comfortable which is impressive given my anxiety and the intimacy of her field

Robin Hermes has an excellent bedside manner. Every time I see her she makes me feel comfortable and answers all of my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed and she makes sure I know all of my options and the risks and benefits of each before working with me to come up with a treatment plan.
