Robin and staff were friendly and respectful throughout the appointment. Robin was sincerely interested in helping me with my medical issue, explained options in an easy, understandable manner. I felt heard and helped.

The whole staff is phenomenal! Robins listens to my concerns. She takes the time explaining what is occurring and the treatment plan that will follow in a way that is easily understood. I appreciate Robin educating me during my visits.

Robin is a great listener who takes the time to educate the patient on what is happening. I appreciate her thoroughness and calm demeanor. The front office staff is pleasant to interact with as well.

My visit was a yearly check up and Robin donated sufficient time to go over my history and answer any questions asked. She was easy to talk with and explained things in great detail.

The whole staff was outstanding from the moment I checked in, to the nurse, and even checking out to schedule another appointment. During my appointment Robin took the time to listen to my symptoms and answered all of my questions. I was fully educated on the condition I have and what the nexts steps may entail.

I really like Robin. She took a lot of time with me and was patient with my questions and discussed some things with me that no one has ever spoke to me about at my yearly exam.

She’s always super nice and willing to listen to her patients. Many doctors don’t listen to their patients correctly. She is one of the best OB’s I’ve ever had!!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Was told by my primary doctor that this was a scheduled pap visit, that never took place. Was surprised it was just to have a discussion about concerns I could have discussed at a later time. She was how ever very informative. I would have never wasted my time, gas or copay to just have a conversation.

Robin was exceptional during my recent visit. She listened carefully to my questions and concerns and provided excellent advice and recommendations that were easy to understand. Highly recommend Robin and this office in general. The front office staff and nurses are also friendly and helpful and very good at their jobs.
