For a small town clinic I don't think I could get better care any place else. The infusion lab is very professional and nurses always friendly with big smiles. Always puts me at ease explaining exactly what was going to happen that session

Dr. Sardar is compassionate and easy to talk to. His office staff reply to messages sent by way of email faster than any other doctor we have messaged. Great service and care by all.

This was the first doctor that had to be reached on a video appointment. The first two attempts ended up being by phone instead. The last two worked well and seemed more personal. He listens to the concerns we have and explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend this caring doctor without any hesitation.

Oncology and infusion at My Medical Sault is excellent and I have been involved with programs both personally and professionally at U of M, Lansing Sparrow, Petoskey and Grand Rapids.

The entire staff is fabulous and very professional. They are knowledgeable and concerned about your medical history and recovery. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

As a nurse myself, I felt like Dr. Sardar did not listen to me at all and just dismissed my symptoms and then simply tried to say they were psychological. I have been dealing w/this for over 2 yrs and to be dismissed in that manner by a medical professional is truly unprofessional and inconsiderate. He showed absolutely no compassion at all and was disrespectful when I questioned him about my labs and my symptoms. As if, how dare I have any questions. But as a nurse I'm curious and I question everything. Which is also my right. He may be a great Hematologist but his bedside manner is horrible. [Removed discriminatory language].

Very kind and compassionate team members. Dr. Sardar is extremely knowledgeable, always calm which helps so much when I’m nervous about something. He’s a great listener and always patient in answering questions I may have. His bedside manner is impeccable. I feel very fortunate to have him and his staff on my team.
