It was great to finally have my concerns about statins addressed and alternatives offered and acknowledgement that there was inadequate follow through. I also appreciated he “spoke” to me and not the computer!

Dr. Mattichak was caring and attentive during my procedure and follow up.

He saved my life. He kept asking if I was okay while inserting the stents. He was very thoughtful and listened to me at my followup appointments.

A few weeks ago, I was convinced that I was either having a heart attack or had a blockage. The fact that I was having chest pain when I breathed made Dr. Mattichak think that perhaps it was pericarditis. After doing a heart cath procedure, his diagnosis was verified and proper treatment led to a swift recovery.
