Very pleasant and efficient staff. Everyone was so friendly and took their time talking with me. However I did have to wait 5 months for this initial appointment. And now have to wait an additional 2 months before sugary can be scheduled for carpal tunnel syndrome which has been quite painful for me. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this provider!

He was very fast and efficient. The only issue I had was that it took me 7 or 8 months to get appointment after being referred to them and they tried to reschedule my appointment twice. A friend got referred after me for carpel tunnel and was seen within a week.

Dr Young and his staff are excellent in all they do. I am fully satisfied with the care and professionalism shown to me from initial scheduling, imaging, pre-surgery counseling, surgery, post surgery evaluation and counseling, physical therapy and final counseling at 6 months Post-Op. I am most grateful and blessed for all the time and skills Dr Young and Staff invested in me. Thank you for this opportunity to express my gratitude.

Our appointment was at ten o’clock of which we came fifteen minutes early and didn’t get to see Doctor Young until 12:00! After sitting one hour I went up to see if they missed our appointment ! No was the reply he’s behind! Nobody even came out to tell us until I went up and asked them when I sat down they came out!

It took a hour to see the doctor after the x-rays. Then I didn’t even see scheduler. My husband was waiting out in the car for me. He has Parkinson’s and he needed to go home and take his meds. I waited 20 minutes for the scheduler and she didn’t show so I had to go. I called every day since then and I haven’t received a return call yet.

He is wonderful—attentive, listens, cares. But get out of that poor excuse for a medical office! It’s not well marked, impossible to see entrance with no sign making it clear whether Dr Young works out of an Urgent Care or if he actually has a medical office there. Did not feel confident that I would be seen or not. PA being so good made my trip a success, but also pretty stressful before I saw him.

Provider was great, but the building is a real drawback. It’s not well marked. The entrance is not near handicapped parking, so very confusing where to go. Then, why am I entering an urgent care??? Tiny sign says to go upstairs. Really off-putting. I almost just left when I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to be. Really — find better office space!!!

He seems to be a very busy person,so don’t expect to see him on your appointment time. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and over twenty minutes in the examing room. I understand he has a lot of patients to see because he is an excellent surgeon.

I also wanted to pass along how much I appreciate everything Dr. Young did for me as an emergency on a Friday night. When the splinter and stitches were removed, I was even more impressed.
