I know he is an outstanding surgeon as I have had 2 procedures in the past and recovered well and completely from both. I was given an appointment that was over six months away and put on a waiting list I actually got called to come in 3 months earlier that never happens! I was very pleased with all the people I came in contact with. They were kind and on time!

Dr. Young gave a very thorough explanation of my condition and potential treatments. His staff was friendly and helpful. However, it took a year to get the appointment. Appointment delay time was significant for unknown reasons. However, Dr Young is not alone in delaying appointments for an extended period of time. That is happening with virtually every doctor in the system. The extended appointment problem needs to be addressed immediately.

He told us that it’s not his job to tell us what we should do he was only there to give us options which all 3 visits the options were different and never the same. We waited 2 hours in exam room before he ever came in to see us. [Removed defamatory statement] He was very unprofessional we will not be going back

The doctors are thorough, cautious, they explain their perspective of the origin of the problem and do not rush or push you into surgery or a treatment plan. I feel confident in the results of the appointment. I would land do recommend them.

The doctor & nurses asked many questions about how I dislocated my finger and examined my hand & finger thoroughly during each visit, and explained why different bracing was used.

Everything went well with the exception of the nurse that removed my bandage. She seemed a little ruff when I told her it hurts to twist my finger she said I need to hold still. Hard to hold still when your tip of finger is crushed with stiches.a little care from her would have been appreciated.

Matt is so knowledgeable and explains everything. He makes sure you understand every detail and will gladly go over and answer every question and concern you may have. The entire staff is very kind and willing to go the extra mile in providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
