My one appointment with Kenny was handled well. I arrived on time, was promptly seen, received necessary care (removal of bandage and stitches) and given advice on post-op care. Kenny was a bit brisk but clear enough.

You will most likely wait longer than you had expected to be cast. I waited 2 weeks in an uncomfortable brace and in pain. There seemed to be a big mix up between this office and my PCP in ordering test! Dr Kadaj’s office did not even know I broke my wrist and it had been confirmed. The order they got was for a routine CT scan and I was given an appointment 3 weeks out! Matt is wonderful, but there are some issues with this office in communication with patients and other physicians.

EVERYONE in the office did a great job at explaining what was going on and were very professional at their respective jobs!! Been to a lot of Dr appointments in last year and This whole staff were hands down the most professional,friendly and knowledgeable staff I have yet to deal with!!!!

Getting someone to schedule surgery, or cancel/ reschedule, was like pulling teeth. It took weeks to get a call back, even when messages were left on the office's answering machine, and twice the lady was rude and lied to me. ( But I think that person has been replaced. It still took a long time for the new person to call back. Weeks and weeks.)

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The only issues I have is the fact that it took the office staff almost 3 weeks to call me back to get the ball rolling for wrist surgery and when I was in severe wrist pain, I called on a Monday to come in for a shot, but was told to come in on Friday. So, I would tell people that they better have a lot of patience!

The last thing any parent wants to go through is a sick kid or broken bone. Matt and all the staff were so kind and compassionate with us as we learned through the process. They answered questions and even went and got Matt when we thought of questions after he had left the room. I felt like I could trust the team as I watched how they cared for my son. While I hope we don't have another broken bone in our family, if we do, I would definitely come back and recommend Matt to anyone who needs this type of ortho care.
