They are a well oiled machine. It took too long (in my opinion) to get the appointment, but once we were there they were all awesome. They are super efficient in their job duties in the office and got surgery scheduled right away. It was the waiting for the initial appointment that was the problem.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Any questions were answered right away or very prompt if they needed to get back with me. I feel they have a great team and provide excellent care. I always recommend them for anyone needing care for their hand issues.

I had to contact Dr Curtis Young and Matthew Kenny office for my follow up, or appointments. I was told they would be contacting me, but did not. So I waited, and waited. I then contacted them. That was most frustrating. They apologized and apologized.

Second time at this office. The frist visit was ok at best the young lady that took bandage off was not very gentle. I explained that it hurt when you twisted my finger the injury only was about 3,4 day before. She very rudely said you need to hold still hard to do when your in pain because of the way she was removing bandage. My second visit was a cake walk nice young lady very professional the frist one could learn a thing or 2 from her!

I was really pleased that they called me the day after the referral was sent in by my PCP. They also had appointment availability that same week. The staff are friendly and professional. I felt like the PA listened to what I had to say, and answered all of my questions. This is my first experience at the office and I’m very glad that I was referred there.
