Dr Vandevelde is great. She took the time to explain everything and go over all the risks and benefits of my procedure. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. I will say though that the scheduling/referral staff experience was not the greatest. I was referred in May for a routine consult. I called in July and left a message with the scheduler with my name and number just asking for an update. I still didn’t hear anything until I reached out to a friend at the end of August. The scheduler told me that since it was ordered routine that’s why they did not call me. I told her it was routine…. In May. It’s now been several months and I left a message to be updated. I feel like this could be handled better. I am happy I stuck it out to wait for her because she is knowledgeable and kind. I hope that the delay in scheduling isn’t preventing her from getting referrals.

Dr Lieberman is a caring physician who listens. He is knowledgeable about my condition and makes sure my medication refills are available. His exam rooms are very clean and organized and his staff are helpful and very friendly.

I would tell them that I highly recommend this office. All the staff here are great and make you feel like a friend/family! They are always very friendly and helpful. Dr Jessica is wonderful at making me feel comfortable during exams that can otherwise feel uncomfortable or awkward. She is so kind, reassuring, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience much less stressful. I always feel respected and comfortable in her care. She also gives tips and helpful insights to female health that other obgyns haven’t in the past.

I would say that I would recommend! Friendly, understanding, and professional are all things that I look for in a good doctor, and on top of that, she is very competent and knowledgeable on her field of medicine.
