Love the Dr. very professional and caring. However the process of getting on appt.is crazy. I was referred in February and couldn’t get in until end of May.

Typically my experience at this office is pleasant (as pleasant as it could be for a doctors office) but this time I was disappointed with the communication about my follow up appointments. I was scheduled with a different provider for a follow up and I didn’t know until I checked MyChart a couple days later. I typically wouldn’t mind but this time I’m upset with the fact that I wasn’t told and I’ve had quite a few concerns the last 12 months and now I’m seeing a provider I’m unfamiliar with. This will be my 4th provider in as many years at this office. When I called and expressed my concern, I was told my appointment couldn’t be changed. I would say I’m disappointed with communication.

I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable, respected, and heard--- And every question that I had was answered promptly and in terms that I, as a non medical person, could easily understand. I left the office feeling very positively about my experience! Would definitely recommend!

Sara, the nurse is one of the kindest, most loving people I have ever met. I was so nervous and she talked to me and made me feel seen and heard. Sara was so patient and warm. I wish she could always be my nurse whenever I need one. She is such an asset to your office. ❤️

I am a new patient with this office. Everyone that I came into contact with at this notice was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable. However, the scheduling method to make a new appointment was awful. My referral was sent back in November and I just saw the dr last week middle of May. The scheduler never answered her phone and returned calls with 1-3 business days. When an individual works it is impossible to keep the phone available for 1-3 business days. I finally called the office and spoke with someone who notified me that they would reach out to the scheduler and the manager, then I received a call within 2 hours. But again, everyone at this office was exceptional!

The entire office is personal, friendly and always provides me comfort when I come in. I love how they immediately set up next years appointment so I remember. As for Tera, she gives personal care, understands my needs and my goals, gives great advice and I really appreciate that she takes enough notes on me to know me personally and always asks follow up questions on my life.
