What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is a very caring and empathetic physician. She takes time to listen to your concerns and comes up with a plan of attack. The office staff is friendly and takes time to answer questions. Great practice!

As always, my visit was a wonderful one! Amber was a new face at the front desk this year. She was very cheerful, polite, and professional, welcoming me with a smile as soon as I came in. Danielle was also wonderful, going through my concerns with me in a very caring yet professional manner. Dr. Van de Velde was of course wonderful as always, really listening to my concerns and formulated a plan WITH me to make sure that it would be the right treatment for what I need in this season of my life. Even the people I passed in the hallway greeted me with a smile and a friendly “hello.” I just can’t speak highly enough of this office! Keep up the great work.

Dr. Van de Velde is very well-informed. She shares freely her knowledge and opinions in friendly and easy-to-understand ways. I would recommend her to my daughter-in-law, granddaughters, and others. Her staff literally made me feel welcone and "at home"... a desired feeling given the nature of the visit and type of examinations.

She is absolutely amazing! I have gone to previous providers and never felt the level of care and knowledge I have here. She goes above and beyond making sure I have answers to questions and feel comfortable with the care plan. She is always willing to schedule appointments with me when I have a concern.

Dr. Van De Velde performed my emergency surgery with incredible skill and compassion. She took the time afterward to clearly explain everything that was done, which gave me great peace of mind. At my follow-up, she went the extra mile again—helping me understand my options and providing the information I needed to make the next steps. I’m so grateful for her care and guidance.

When I first saw Dr. Van De Velde is for a second opinion. She took my concerns seriously and reviewed my previous testing and even found something on the imaging that wasn't in the initial report. It was such a relief to finally have an answer for my symptoms and come up with a treatment plan together.

The doctor is excellent but some of the staff I had phone calls with trying to set up my first appt. Was not so pleasant as I always had to call back I never received a call back from them when I left a voice mail.
