What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Friendly office, staff have a sense of humor. The building is comfortable to be in and parking was good. Need to be careful where you walk in there in the back if you're sensitive or allergic to fragrances. Not all spaces are fragranced, but I did detect fragrance in some areas (personal offices maybe?). They had a parient room that was away from that fragranced space, so that was very helpful. Doctor and staff have so far been attentive to my questions and concerns. I appreciate the time and attention given to my medical concerns presented along with the treatment options offered to me. I was offered new to me treatment options. Only 1 appointment so far. It was positive. I'm grateful.

Only 1 appointment so far. It was good. Dr. Van De Velde took time to have a meaningful discussion with me about my symptoms and reviewed my records in my appointment. She was comfortable to talk to. I felt like she was actively listening.

Dr. Van De Velde and her nurse, Daynelle, have the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely care, explained everything, and ensured that I didn’t have any additional questions. I am so thankful for this office!

Nicole was the absolute sweetest ever i’m glad she’s my new gynecologist but the nurse before her I don’t remember her name but when she was going over my medical history I felt a bit judged.

Excellent Skilled surgeon . excellent communication skills, active listener and shows empathy and compassion. She was the first of 5 gynecologists I’ve had (due to others moving elsewhere or retiring) that took the time to actually show me my imaging and evidence it and the history herself to help paint the total picture of my situation to help me make the decision on what to do next.

Dr. Nicole Van de Velde shows sincere interest in her job and the health of her patients. She is very pleasant in speech and demeanor. She is thorough in her "investigations". I would recommend her to anyone needing her services.

I had tears of gratitude while telling my husband about my visit with Dr. Van De Velde. I felt heard and validated while discussing my post menopause symptoms. Dr. Van De Velde listened and was geniune in her responses and recommendations. I cannot thank her enough!
