Dr Paulsell is always very professional and friendly. I always have many extra questions and he takes the time to answer them. Which makes me feel confident that he is doing his best to help me and make sure I understand my health issues. That really means a lot, some doctors seem to rush you and not really pay much attention to what you're saying which can be very frustrating. He also does an excellent job with my stitches, leaving very minimal scarring . I highly recommend him. The staff is all very friendly and professional also.

Dr Thornton's nurse that took me in the room and did the general information was not very friendly. Very short and cold.

I would say that they were professional, courteous, and thoughtful of my needs. Listening to what the concerns of future care plans would be. My first visit and definitely felt like I had been there all year. Definitely would recommend 5 Star 🌟

This time around, we had a great experience. Dr Thornton was called in to do the surgery that was necessary to save my step daughter’s life. He made sure that he answered all four thousand questions we had. Dr and his team were supportive and helped us to help our daughter with everything she needed for recovery. They truly stood with us and were supportive throughout the whole process. 10 out of ten recommend.

She took what was something small and an annoyance to me and gave it priority. That means the world. She got me out of pain and healing. Yes it meant a procedure which I knew it would, but it put back on the path to healing. She listened, and she acted. Thank you!
