Average, what I call a cookbook doctor. Cannot imagine him adjusting for the individual patient. Probably ok for basic things.

Staff expected me to see PCP first even though I had a PPO insurance. Had to call the health insurance to tell the office I could be seen directly. Went to the office was seen( literally) offered surgery if I wanted to be checked. Not a good experience.

Disappointed that surgeon requires anesthesia for colonoscopy. Depressed about it. Makes me worry. Things in doctors note on MyChart not done. Have seen this many times with other my Michigan visit notes.

I had an evaluation for hernia surgery, everyone was very nice and professional. Explained everything and did a complete evaluation. No waiting to be seen.

Dr.Hanna was very thorough with the procedure in the clinic and not having to go to the hospital was very much appreciated

I don't trust very many doctor's in Alpena, but I'd heard nothing, but good things about Dr. Hanna and family and friends told me what a good doctor he was. I knew I could trust him after the first visit. He was so through in his telling me what was my problem and he made me feel comfortable and that's what a good doctor does. I'm 100 percent happy with Dr. Hanna and his staff and with the hospital staff. Kuddo's to everyone who has helped me through this surgery.

I think Dr Paulsell is an excellent dr and he has always answered my questions. He has operated on me 3 times and I am very pleased with each surgery.
