Average, what I call a cookbook doctor. Cannot imagine him adjusting for the individual patient. Probably ok for basic things.

Disappointed that surgeon requires anesthesia for colonoscopy. Depressed about it. Makes me worry. Things in doctors note on MyChart not done. Have seen this many times with other my Michigan visit notes.

In my experience Dr. Paulsell has been professional, kind and supportive. He will take the time to explain health issues and offer options for treatment. He is understanding of your health goals and listens to your opinions and concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The staff was very compassionate and understanding and was able to get me in very fast when I was in extreme pain and needed to be seen. Dr. Paulsell as always was fast efficient and was the first provider I've ever met to push to get me into the OR the same day to take care of my problem. Over all extremely happy with Dr. Paulsell and staff and will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs to see a general surgeon.
