I seen her for the first time after being newly diagnosed with crohns and I was so nervous going into my appointment not knowing what to expect. I am a brand new first time mom and my head has been spinning with anxiety and nerves dealing with everything. She walked in and made me feel so welcome and explained evening to me so I could fully understand and reassured me that she will do whatever we need to do get the treatment and help I need. I’ve never been happier walking out of an appointment.

I really like Elizabeth. She is very nice and very thorough. I'm happy to have her as my health care provider

I would recommend the doctor. I like that you don’t have to wait long when arriving to your appointment. The only thing I question is why doctors in general and Doctor Singh don’t touch their patients? Seems to me that you would check touch the abdomen area if having issues there.

Everyone was great. I really liked Dionne. She was very courteous and professional. Elizabeth was great in the way she explained everything. Damaris did an awesome job scheduling. I get my procedures in the next 2 weeks. I haven’t went out of the Midland network but was able to get an appointment quicker. I won’t hesitate to go to this office. Everyone was awesome. Even those scheduling and checking out.

I've always been satisfied but this past visit I was not happy with the PA Joshua Leanard. He seemed very negative. Doesn't he realize I know I'm overweight. He seemed to just rub it in. I felt worse when I left. He told me I didn't have an appointment for an upper GI and he didn't know why I would have one scheduled. When I left the office that day, they gave me paperwork that said I was scheduled for one. He was also very negative about my weight, I think I know I'm overweight, but he was very negative about it. He actually said he'd see me again in 4 months and he said he would bet I haven't lost any weight in the 4 month period. I came home and canceled that upper GI. I still haven't set up the appointment for a test on my liver.

Dr. Tummuru is outstanding, such a good listener and communicator, and very knowledgeable. So good at working with the patient through complex problems, and all the options and pros and cons in working towards a solution.

Elizabeth is a competent, caring and excellent health care provider. She listens to everything I share with her about my health. Elizabeth has knowledge about my illness and knows how to proceed with a treatment plan. And she explains everything clearly about why we will proceed this way, and what the hoped for/expected outcome will be.

You won’t find anyone better than Elizabeth Kitchen! She worked and worked with me until we could find out what was going on with me. She is willing to listen about my concerns and frustrations as well.

I felt comfortable and well listened to by my provider, Elizabeth Kitchen. The gal who checked me in was neutral, not friendly, no smile, informed me of what I did wrong. Also, the recording that said it was time to make an appointment notified me 3 times. I called the next day each time, then was informed twice by office staff that I was calling too early. The system should be corrected. This happened last year as well.

Everything went well. Though I understand the front desk is busy upon arrival did not feel welcoming was told receptionist left for a minute and will be back shortly. It took 2-3 minutes but was then greeted. I guess I just expect more upon arrival
