I’ve only had a few appointments here but each time they’ve had computer issues….. with that being said once I was checked in; from that point on, the service was excellent. Elizabeth listens to you thoroughly and as I have multiple issues going on; we work out exactly what the process was and how to handle everything. Granted she is the physician assistant; I’d much rather be seen by her over the doctor himself as he lacks a bit of the bedside manner

I do like Dr Tummuru he is very kind, patient and takes the time to listen to you, I have only seen him twice, however I do not care for one of the nurses that I seen and I don’t care for one of the PA I seen I had some issues with both of them and I refuse to see either one of them again. I also just seen what was written in My Chart as notes from previous visit/ phone call I made and what is said makes me very upset because it’s simply not true.

I am bless to have her for my doctor. She is very knowledgeable kind, compassionate and the best bedside manner ever.. I would never want another doctor other than her or Dr Tummeru. She totally understands my problems mental and physical. Thank you 💕

I would tell them that Dr Tummuru is amazing, but his staff needs to be a lot nicer. The office staff never seems happy or caring. If you can struggle past the office staff than it's worth it when you see Dr Tummuru. I could be a lot nicer than the staff is.

Dr Tummuru seems to really care about my health and wellbeing. I wasn’t able to schedule with him last year. I didn’t have a good experience with the other person I saw. But if I can continue to see Dr Tummuru, I would be grateful!

It was the first time I saw Dr Leonard. I found him to be attentive and thoughtful. He seemed to really be listening when I was talking to him. I know he studied my case before I came to see him because he knew things about me that I didn’t tell him. That really amazed me. Most doctors don’t take the time to do that. Kudos to him!

The provider, Elizabeth Kitchen, is excellent. The office staff are fair to work with. The phone system is horrible!!!! Fix the phones. I was asked by Elizabeth Kitchen to notify her about my status after trying Dairy free. I never contacted her until a year later because i chose not to tackle the phone system. I do not bwlieve i can access my provider as needed due to the office staff and phone system!!!
