The provider, Elizabeth Kitchen, is excellent. The office staff are fair to work with. The phone system is horrible!!!! Fix the phones. I was asked by Elizabeth Kitchen to notify her about my status after trying Dairy free. I never contacted her until a year later because i chose not to tackle the phone system. I do not bwlieve i can access my provider as needed due to the office staff and phone system!!!

Very nice office. The staff was really nice. The Dr. was very helpful and asked questions! In all very nice Dr. and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family!!

Josh is good and precise. Front desk people need a class on politeness. Office needs to figure out scheduling,I suffered for almost 3 months before I could see someone,not acceptable!!

Joshua Leonard is very knowledgable and thorough. He is well equipped for the PA position. His recommendations are on the side of cautious and conservative which is valued by me. He has a challenging job to get at geriatric, gastro issues while having an empathetic manner toward the patient. Some practitioners are all business w/o an empathetic bone in their body but Joshua has both—-skill with an excellent bedside manner. Appreciate the time he is willing to take to collect all info.
