What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The fact that Elizabeth is knowledgeable and caring in her profession. I absolutely feel comfortable talking about my situation with her. She takes the time to explain my situation and provides advice/instructions on how to possibly relieve my issues. She is 100% in my book.

Elizabeth Kitchen kept our appointment time. She entered the exam room with a friendly, warm smile, immediately putting one at ease. She was open to questions and explained everything that needed further explanation. I would definitely recommend Ms Kitchen to family and friends.

I was seen in a timely manner. Elizabeth Kitchen took a full history of my symptoms and past issues. She really listened to me. Then she came up with a possible diagnosis. We are currently exploring that with further testing. I feel good about being in her care.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Ms Kitchen listened to me, put my symptoms together with past history of large weight loss, and came up with a possible reason for my issues. I am awaiting further testing that she recommended. I am very happy with her.

Great provider but terrible office. Very hard to actually speak with someone, no test result follow up and billing is on an extended leave and I've had past messages never returned. Also they were suppose to or did schedule an abdominal CT on [date] but now [date] and still haven't her anything from anyone.

She's very thorough. She listens to everything you have to say, and comes up with a plan to check all of it thoroughly. She's an amazingly considerate and caring person. Would definitely tell friends and family about her and try to send them her way, if need be.

Elizabeth tends to compare my health to the health of others. The doctor that used to care for me compared my results to my own. I don't prefer that in this office, rather than completing my conversation, or sentence I'm speaking, they start typing as I speak. This comes off as cold and uncaring. Refills are not given in usual one year fill length, so you keep having to call or they insist they don't get labs they've ordered (even though you more definitely went.)

Excellent care very compassionate. The only thing I’m waiting for is follow up. I left my appointment nine days ago and I’m waiting to hear about a pancreas CT scan and nobody has gotten back to me. This is the only time that I’ve not heard back. I’m assuming it’s because of the holidays I know when I checked out the nurse said she was waiting for authorization. Otherwise this is the best care team I’ve ever had !!

After we lost our Dr, we didn’t know how we would find someone better or equal to him with his knowledge. Elizabeth Kitchen , being she worked closely with our Dr. helped us to the same degree as the Dr. we are very happy with our choice to be at Valley Gastro!

And every appointment I had with her was never her when I was see it was always someone else that didn't have a clue about what they were doing never see her once even after I request to see her because I don't feel comfortable with male doctor but they schedule it with her then a male is who I see
