Dr Kloska, Patty and Cheri are fantastic. Others in the office are rude and condescending. I’ve been a patient of Dr Kloska for twenty years and will no longer tolerate being treated like that. I spend a lot of money there. I can’t count the times that I have called there and nobody answered. I find this mind boggling! Give Dr Kloska his own phone line and adequate office space so the rest of the he practice can be avoided all together!

Sue is very good at what she does, always listens to my concerns and very professional and friendly. I have been with Sue for years and I can't wait until she gets back to West Branch so I don't have to travel to Tawas.

That Dr Kloska is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about my personal and medical situations. He lets me talk about my concerns and is quickly and pleasantly able to provide me with useful ideas. Most importantly, while he provides me with medical facts/suggestions, he allows me to make decisions that I am comfortable with. No pressure.

They are able to get me in on a timely basis. Appointments start on time. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Brad Kloska listened to my presenting problem, asked relevant questions, examined me, typed his findings, discussed with me treatment options, respected my concerns, and together we agreed upon the best way to proceed.

It is difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner....however, recently it seems better. Summer of 2025 it took me 1-2 months to get my wellness check scheduled. I would get bumped. There was some confusion on prescriptions discussed at my well-ness check, 2025, agreeing to stay on until my 2026 wellness check. Six months later, my prescription would not renew and I had to make another appointment (time and co-pay). Last appointment, I waited for 40-45 minutes in the room....for a 20 minute scheduled consultation. Other than that, Erica is very nice as well as the staff.

Brad Kloska is honestly who I want to be when I grow up. The two most important jobs in this society are parents and those who help the sick/indigent, etc. I challenge you to find better examples of either than Dr. Kloska.
