She Was pleasant and covered my needs, but she really doesn’t know me. The visits are efficient but I miss the days of personal care and your provider getting to know you. I’m sure in the next few years she will be gone and there will be someone new.

That Dr. Kloska and his staff are professional and answered all my questions and concerns about my issues. Dr. kloska was very easy to talk to and was prepared because he read the notes from other providers before we started my appointment and fully understood my concerns. He also helped me understand the MyMichigan My Chart record that had already been coordinated with my doctors in [CITY, STATE].

She’s very nice and knowledgeable. She found my osteoporosis and low potassium that no one had ever checked before. I would tell them she’s just as knowledgeable as a MD and I don’t see a difference

Erica is hands down the #1 medical provider I've ever had. She is extremely educated in how to treat both myself and my husband for our Medical issues, all while being professional, warm, and supportive. It's obvious she truly cares about her patients. Crystal and Rachel are also amazing. Always helpful and considerate.

Bradley Kloska is the most knowledgeable, professional, and caring doctor I have ever seen. He takes as much time as needed in appointments and always listens attentively. He always keeps track of my care plans and follows up on progress. He is an amazing doctor and I am very lucky to be his patient.

Feel we need our lab reports prior to our office visit. [NAME] had elevated PSA numbers and office made appointment in Alpena. That is not desirable so we got paper work for an ambulatory visit to urology. Doesn't say where, when, or who with. Would have been nice to be able to talk about it without having to make another appointment and have to pay the extra unnecessary visit.

It would be much better if we could get our labs done before our in office visit. That way we could go over the report in person and ask questions in person. Difficult doing it over the phone with someone else in the office we have never seen. That would avoid having to come back into the office at times for another visit.
