Erica is very smart and kind. She listens to what you have to say and answers your questions. She orders medications for you and spends time to make sure you understand what you need to do.

I initially called for an ER follow-up and the lady advised they were booking into August. I repeated that this was an ER follow-up and she suggested going back to the ER. “That’s what they are there for”. ER doc called and spoke to Dr Kloska personally and I was fit in to see him that Friday.

I was disappointed that this was supposed to be my wellness check for the year, but clearly was anything but that. I was asked a few questions about my high blood pressure and my meds and the provider listened to my heart and lungs. That was it. The provider then said I needed to make another appointment for a wellness check in 2-3 months which I did.

She is excellent, but has too much patient load. It takes too long to get a routine check up, but I realize that is not her fault. I hope this office can get another practitioner soon.

Only works 2 days a week & that is not enough. Have called many times & Erica is not working & no other providers available. Told to go to walk in which is hardly open & when they are open their hours are helpful; or told to go to E.R. with a $500 copay
