Erica is a very knowledgeable, caring primary care provider that we are fortunate to have guide us through the dx & tx of our health & family issues!! We truly appreciate her & have recommended her to family & friends!!

It took a little over 3 months to get an appointment for an annual exam. My visit was short and she ordered blood work. That’s about it.

She is a good dr. But the receptionist is included and has no people skills at all.. i’ve had problems with her in the last three times I’ve called to make an appointment. I’ve had problems with her in the office. She’s so rude. I had to hang up on her the other day trying to make an appointment with my doctor, they really need to do something with this woman

Liked the followup via MyChart regarding the results of my tests and the recommendations made. Nice it could be managed this way with a dialogue thr myChart which did not require a second visit to review.

Excellent upgrade going to My Michigan, and the wide network of support and specialists. Online systems are very nice and functional.

fully recommend the staff and Dr. Klosksa. Fully recommend the new systems and MY Michigan Suggest My Michigan continue to try to recruit new doctors for their northern clinics. Medical care and doctors up here have always been hard to find and get care, especially speciality care such as Dermatologists.

She is helping me try to bring my A1C down. She is monitoring my tests and suggesting possible solutions. She is a very knowledgeable NP and respects what the patient says too.

He's always there to help or his staff will send him a message and get back to me. I see specialists about 3 hours away. He will help with cultures or anything he can do to help the surgeon in Ann Arbor so I don't always to go all the way down there. He's a very caring Doctor I would recommend him to family or friends.
