She has been my NP for years. She has helped me threw my cancer and always got help for me.

Susan Johnson has been my provider for a long time. I followed her to the new office, and was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Sue, as always, got an X-ray ordered, had results by that afternoon. Which is amazing these days, thank you. A referral was made, and she is on top of things, as usual. I would recommend Sue, and this office to anyone.

Refused to authorize blood testing prior to appointment. I do take medicines that should have the levels yearly. She said she would call me in for another visit, if anything showed up after I do the blood work. I feel this is milking the system. I would like to know my results at my visit, since there are known issues.

When I am able to actually see the providers the care is excellent but there are too many patients and too few medical providers so actually getting an appointment isn’t easy.

Dr B Kloska is a caring and easy to talk to young doctor. If he doesn’t know something off the top of his head he looks it up while with you. Also he will send you to a specialist if you need to be seen for something beyond his family practice provides

They are a little short staffed on doctors right now, that needs to be solved but I believe they are working on that! Otherwise the staff is doing well trying to handle the buy out and new system! I’ll stay if possible!

The office has a wonderful, friendly staff. Dr Kloska listens to your concerns and addresses them in a professional manner while also making you feel comfortable. As someone who gets nervous at doctor’s appointments for no good reason these are things are very important to me. Thank you

Having trouble moving forward with things since she’s only in the office 2 days a week. If something is overlooked, it’s hard to get a hold of her. The last appointment I left unsatisfied because I felt I wasn’t being helped with next steps
