What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It is difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner....however, recently it seems better. Summer of 2025 it took me 1-2 months to get my wellness check scheduled. I would get bumped. There was some confusion on prescriptions discussed at my well-ness check, 2025, agreeing to stay on until my 2026 wellness check. Six months later, my prescription would not renew and I had to make another appointment (time and co-pay). Last appointment, I waited for 40-45 minutes in the room....for a 20 minute scheduled consultation. Other than that, Erica is very nice as well as the staff.

She covers all my questions, and helps me know if I should be concerned or not on my lab results goes through everything nice and proper im very happy !!!

Very professional, caring, excellent listener, Erica make you feel very comfortable and respected when in her presence and talking with her. Offers suggestions and options to medical issues. The office stall is respectful, helpful and caring also.

I would tell my friends not to go there. The people that work in the front office are rude not all of them just the one at the front desk. Every time I go there she makes a big deal because I have him in Insurance. I’m trying to do the best I can and change it for this year which I did, but she won’t even schedule any Bloodwork ultrasounds or anything else that I need she just says oh we can’t do it. They won’t let you do it, so I’m sick of her. You need to get rid of her.

Totally satisfied. Communication with Erica and the staff has always been timely, caring and respectful. Erica takes the time needed to express my concerns. I never feel rushed. She is a good listener and offers her professional insight. Which I appreciate tremendously. The staff is also very professional, kind and helpful.
