I would tell my friends not to go there. The people that work in the front office are rude not all of them just the one at the front desk. Every time I go there she makes a big deal because I have him in Insurance. I’m trying to do the best I can and change it for this year which I did, but she won’t even schedule any Bloodwork ultrasounds or anything else that I need she just says oh we can’t do it. They won’t let you do it, so I’m sick of her. You need to get rid of her.

Totally satisfied. Communication with Erica and the staff has always been timely, caring and respectful. Erica takes the time needed to express my concerns. I never feel rushed. She is a good listener and offers her professional insight. Which I appreciate tremendously. The staff is also very professional, kind and helpful.

The staff is a wonderful bunch. Erica can't be beat, either. My only complaint is the lack of health care providers in this office and this whole area. It is so hard to get an appointment with a provider in the Tawas area. More Erica's would be great.

Erica is the best she listens and she’s very thorough with what she has to do but the girls in the front office are horrible. Well I shouldn’t say all the girls just the one that I suppose is hers Teresa I think her name is she’s rude and she’s inconsiderate. She only worries about stuff all we’re overstaffed and I can’t do this. Oh if you want something done you’re gonna have to worry about paying upfront. I think she’s the most rudest person there ever was

Only works 2 days a week & that is not enough. Have called many times & Erica is not working & no other providers available. Told to go to walk in which is hardly open & when they are open their hours are helpful; or told to go to E.R. with a $500 copay

I would highly recommend Erica for my physician needs. Their office is very courteous, on time, very friendly and keep up on all my medical records. Could not ask for a better doctor.

Good physician but schedule really makes hard to have as PCP. If have chronic issues would not recommend.
