I love Sue’s receptionist. She is always friendly and helpful. Connie is always on top of going over meds and what I need. Sue is committed to getting to the bottom of my health issues. She is a great care provider. I value this team!!

Rachel the receptionist has been totally unprofessional. Rude, snarky and often short tempered. She makes you feel like she’s doing you a favor. Awful.

This is a nurse practitioner that really cares about her patients and is very educated and able to treat her patients effectively. She treats them and explains things very well so patient can understand and make healthy choices to improve health.

I like Sue Johnson but their phone system has been terrible for years. Most times I call there is no answer and I have to keep calling back. Not professional !! Should be on a queue

She does a great job. The only suggestion that I would love to see changed is training her on virtual visits. I drive all the way from Midland every 3 month when I could easily do some of these visits virtually. It would just be more convenient for me and potentially allow her to see more people in the office.

I felt Susan was exceptional. I have never been cared for that well in a Wellness check. Susan was very thorough and understandable.
