Sue is very good at what she does, always listens to my concerns and very professional and friendly. I have been with Sue for years and I can't wait until she gets back to West Branch so I don't have to travel to Tawas.

Have to go to an in person visit before blood work is ordered then schedule another visit to follow up. It seems to make sense to have the bloodwork completed prior to the initial visit.

Susan Johnson is very thorough and listens to my concerns. She takes time to explain things so I understand. She also knows what's needed to be done as far as tests and screenings. I would highly recommend her to others.

Rachel the receptionist has been totally unprofessional. Rude, snarky and often short tempered. She makes you feel like she’s doing you a favor. Awful.
