She does a great job. The only suggestion that I would love to see changed is training her on virtual visits. I drive all the way from Midland every 3 month when I could easily do some of these visits virtually. It would just be more convenient for me and potentially allow her to see more people in the office.

Susan is through. Before sending you for test she takes your medical history. She listens to your problems and discusses with you what she thinks is the best plan.

I have been a patient for over 35 years at this office and since Dr e nzenberger left it has been next to impossible to get appointment s. And office staff has gotten so rude except for cheri . Office help needs training again love my new nurse ms. Johnson

She is helping me regulate diabetes and shows concern about test results. Seems to know answers to my questions and makes me feel comfortable when talking with her about health issues.

The clinic was able to get me in right away and ordered testing that happened either same day or very quickly with results and updates in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

I felt that Susan took the time to listen to my concerns and to follow up on my concerns with appropriate tests. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. Her staff was also very pleasant.

Sue is great. I’ve been with her for many years from McLaren to now my Michigan and I drive over an hour to see her. I appreciate her and her thoroughnes, compassion, understanding and communication with me. She let me ask as many questions as I want and gives me thorough answers and I appreciate her expertise.

Dr Johnson talked to me by looking me in the eye, making sure I understood what she was explaining. Also this was my first appointment with her and my impression is that she is proactive which is what I want.
