Bree is very nice. She takes the time and listens to your thoughts, concerns and questions. Bree and her Nurse are great. She may suggest things but never is overbearing or annoying.

Truly appreciate Dana's genuineness and caring nature. I'm a newly established patient and have only had 2 appts thus far. Happy to report I have not experienced any negative situations or encounters. When confiding in Dana about my physical and mental health, I feel heard and my thoughts/feelings are validated. My preferred method of contact is through patient portal; always receive timely response and avoid back n forth via telephone.

My experience with Bree-Ann was very pleasant. Bree-Ann listens closely during our conversations regarding my health and well being. Bree-Ann is very professional, yet makes you feel like a part of the family. In my opinion, Bree-Ann is a top notch provider!!

Listened to my concerns reviewed medication I take and ordered an X-Ray on my knee. I would have also liked to get an X-Ray on my rib cage because that’s where the majority of the pain is.

My wife and I think Dana Katterman is a definite keeper for your facility. It would be a GREAT LOSS for my Michigan if Dana was not a provider. Just our opinion. We really liked her friendly and caring attitude.
