It seems like when I address my problems, they don't get taken very seriously. I have to ask 4 plus times for referrals that I was told would be placed and just aren't taken care of I feel like my healthcare needs are not being listened to at all.

Bre and her nurse are always kind helpful and understanding. They care and it shows. Even when patients are emotional they are patient. Cannot say enough about the journey they have been on with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Bree listens to your concerns and answers your questions. She is good at talking to you and not at you. This makes it more comfortable to communicate any concerns or issues you might be having at that time. She is honest with you and straight forward ,without having a rude bedside manner. This is rare these days because healthcare is no longer healthcare ,it is more of what I would call sick care. Healthcare seems to be more of a business now and this is just my perspective. It was more preventative consultations than it is now.

Truly appreciate Dana's genuineness and caring nature. I'm a newly established patient and have only had 2 appts thus far. Happy to report I have not experienced any negative situations or encounters. When confiding in Dana about my physical and mental health, I feel heard and my thoughts/feelings are validated. My preferred method of contact is through patient portal; always receive timely response and avoid back n forth via telephone.
