Jill is amazing and professional but the staff aren’t that professional and seem to talk a lot amongst themselves very loudly while you are sitting in the room. Not very considerate of others.

She always takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy for me to understand. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and always feel heard and genuinely cared for. As a [AGE]-year-old, I especially appreciate the convenience of communicating with Bridget and Deborah through MyChart. They are consistently responsive and always helpful. Bridget and her healthcare team at MyMichigan Family Medicine Vassar are the best I’ve ever had. Just fantastic. I live in [CITY], and Bridget is absolutely worth the 30-minute drive. Peter NG is the best dr I ever had. He is the most attentive, listens, is thoughtful. I have NEVER had a dr listen as good as he does. I leave there with a good feeling,,NOT frustration. I would rate him HIGHER then 10 stars if it was possible.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Bridget was wonderful and I could tell she was really listening to everything I was saying and taking all of it into account - something I have not always experienced with healthcare professionals.
