Jill is awesome She helps do much Gets test she's asking for even, gives me reminders about getting test and visiting office. I'm so glad this team works together, If I need an appointment now, I'm able to see Bridget another np, or dr. Jill goes over my medication, asking if everything is good. She tells me the risk of keep taking certain ones.. Yes I would send someone to office. Jill and Bridget is also a great np at Dr's NG office. I had appointments with Dr as well. Home town Dr's office means alot to me. Thank you

I been seeing Jill Moore for years now! She really does care about your health to make sure you’re good to go!! I always been that type of people that was always nervous about the white coats of the doctors but she makes u feel confident about the visit! Wouldn’t see other docs but her!!

He is the best dr I have found. He sits, listens, and explains things to me and cares about my opinions. Staff was shakey there during the merge with Midland hospital and I did have major issues dealing with the staff getting scripts called in within 2 to 3 days, but they took weeks to get my referral and scripts tended to. Dr had no clue this was what I was dealing with and he apologized and planned to take care of it. I highly recommend him because he cares. Especially for me with several different health problems.

Dr Sarkar is an amazing doctor which is why I followed him, however ever since the move to Saginaw then the merge with Midland hospital, the care went down fast. It isn't him, it's the staff. Phone calls take 30 min for the staff to pick up. Scripts have taken 3 weeks to fill with me calling constantly to find out why! Finding out my results took weeks and referral took months to get staff to call them in. It isn't the dr because he found out just a few days ago at my visit the issue I was dealing with. And my daughter's see him, and also have issues with staff getting appointments, meds filled and tests done that still haven't been done months later and we are still waiting. I love the dr and he apologized fiercely a few days ago about the issues I brought up about the staff rudeness, esp my scripts and referrals that took forever to get called in. And the staff constantly blamed the dr for any issues. It shouldn't take weeks to a month to get scripts, given my chronic pain history.

She listens to you and asks questions about it so she can really understand what your issues are. She discusses treatments/medications for your approval and she always says to contact her if there are any problems. She is kind.

My new doctor is really friendly and takes his time during appointments—I never feel rushed. It’s a nice change from my previous doctor, who always spoke really fast and made the visits feel a bit abrupt.

Doctor is very good, clinical staff is acceptable, but office staff is not friendly. Woman at the front window has been rude to me on each occasion.

Bridget Young gets to the bottom of finding out why a health problem is present and takes care of the problem with screenings . She cares for her patients. The office staff/receptionist needs some training to assist patients as multiple patients have said.

The wait times are a bit long. Some of the staff are not friendly especially the receptionist. The doctor however is the best doctor I've ever had and makes it worth it.
