My new doctor is really friendly and takes his time during appointments—I never feel rushed. It’s a nice change from my previous doctor, who always spoke really fast and made the visits feel a bit abrupt.

Dr. NG is a wonderful doctor and listens to your concerns and explains your medical issues well. I am very happy with the care I get at the Vassar office. Also, I love the staff especially Balee and Carol... when I leave a message with a concern they always call me back that day!

As a new patient it went very well. I found Dr Ng to be very informative and listens intensely to what you are saying . He is also funny and very family oriented. The staff is wonderful .

It was my first time meeting Dr. NG so he hadn't known my whole medical history as of yet as ya see I had Dr. Sarkar for the last 20 yrs, so it was hard to cram everything into the first visit but Dr. NG was very knowledgeable and he listened and explained throughly so that I understood I can see us having a friendly relationship proceeding forward like I had with Dr. Sarkar were you aren't nervous or anxious to go to the appointment like most Dr visits nowadays in this fast paced world. Dr.Sarkar made me feel like a friend after 20yrs and I can see the same relationship becoming with Dr. NG moving forward! I would and already have mentioned him to friends and family whom are looking for a new Healthcare Doctor

He is easy to talk with but he needs to speak a little louder. I found him very caring and would recommend him to my friends and family. The staff are amazing they also take the time to listen.

This was the first time i have seen Dr Ng, prior visit to your facility have always been with NP there. The visit with Dr Ng went OK, though i don’t recall getting a diagnosis, but the drugs he prescribed seemed to do the trick for the most part. My issue with your clinic is not with Dr Ng. My main issue is i cant never get in when i need to. My NP is not there and this last visit was the first time i was able to/given the opportunity to see someone else.
