Dr Abruee is an excellent Doctor to see .She ask and answers a questions about your health.Very friendly and always smiling. On time for your visit.At end of visit ask if there were any questions I needed answers for.always checking my appointment needed .

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Akers is heaven sent. I truly believe I was misdiagnosed with different medicines for years and after not taking all the other medicines-I finally feel like my normal self again. This took me 2 years. She genuinely listens to my concerns and I never feel pressured or not in control of myself and healthcare decisions. I trust her. The best Dr ever in my opinion!

Dr Akers listens, responds and is pro active. She's very easy to talk to and always takes the time to explain anything I need to know

Crystal is awesome. The staff is supportive.. This isn't necessarily about crystal or the staff, but more to my michigan.The app that you can use on your phone. If you're gonna have features available on the my Michigan app. There needs to be a better monitoring system, I don't get response from my messages.I sent in a timely manner.I usually have to call the office of my physician to get an answer.Because they're not watching messages or other items on my michigan.App closely like I think they should be.

The Ithaca office is convenient and easy to get to from Mt. Pleasant. The wait time is always less than 10 minutes, and I appreciate how they schedule my appointments to accommodate my availability.
