What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that my health care provider was very professional and listen to my concerns and addressed them with common sense solutions. I also would tell them that on the last visit he reviewed some testing that I had done after my previous visit and discussed them even though they had notified me to view my portal with the results and any concerns that they had about them so I was clear on anything that may need to be adjusted going forward which to me is him taking my health care seriously. I would tell them that my family has been coming here for almost 20 years and they have been providing quality health care to us from the first visit.

Dr. Stack is one of the best physicians I have EVER had, he is very respectful and easy to talk to and wants to see you get better. His staff are awesome, very kind and always smiling. I wouldn’t trade this group of people for no one.

I have told my friends that I absolutely am very happy with Dr Aubry Ackers. She listens and seems to truly care about my concerns. I sure hope to stay with this group of people for a long time......the office team are very nice to me! I hope that this office gets some recognition for such a great job they do!!!! Aubree is new to me since Crystal left. Over the last couple of months I have had some new health issues which have necessitated frequent visits and communication with your practice. Aubree and Shelby have shown compassion and support during my recent visits. I am normally not one to leave a negative comment on a survey but I am not impressed with Jacey at your front desk. She lacks compassion and does not seem to have the right personality to be the first person a patient that is unwell is greeted by. Thank you!

Everyone has been friendly & professional. They make sure you're appointments are set up for you by setting up the appointments for testing I need & the Dr. appointments. They take care of all those little but important things to get me to the tests and Dr,'s. Dr Michael Stack I liked right away. He so patient he explains things so you honestly understand. Very calming & listening without making you feel like he's rushing you. I most definitely would refer him to anyone. I have no intention of changing my PCP. Thank you Dr. Stack & your entire staff.
