When my previous Provider left, I became Aubree's patient. I sm very pleased with her as my new Provider. She is very personable and easy to talk to. When I ask a question, she is very knowledgeable and answers in a way I can understand. I am happy to have her as my Provider.

Aubree is new to me since Crystal left. Over the last couple of months I have had some new health issues which have necessitated frequent visits and communication with your practice. Aubree and Shelby have shown compassion and support during my recent visits. I am normally not one to leave a negative comment on a survey but I am not impressed with Jacey at your front desk. She lacks compassion and does not seem to have the right personality to be the first person a patient that is unwell is greeted by. Thank you!

Everyone has been friendly & professional. They make sure you're appointments are set up for you by setting up the appointments for testing I need & the Dr. appointments. They take care of all those little but important things to get me to the tests and Dr,'s. Dr Michael Stack I liked right away. He so patient he explains things so you honestly understand. Very calming & listening without making you feel like he's rushing you. I most definitely would refer him to anyone. I have no intention of changing my PCP. Thank you Dr. Stack & your entire staff. You shouldn't have to wait a month to be seen for important matters. This office used to be able to fit you in and now your being told they can't get you in right away.

Did not like when I called the office that it went to the access person. Even though my reason for calling and needing an urgent appointment the access person went through things and gave me an appointment out 3 weeks.

I tell those looking for a Dr how kind, professional and understanding he is. He is patient and listens to what you have to say. He never rushes me and he gives thoughtful, meaningful responses to my questions. I have recommened Dr Stack to family and friends and my sister and Aunt both took him as their Dr. He has been my Dr for over 20 years and I’d never think of going to anyone else.

If you have a choice on seeing anyone in Dr Stacks office I deeply recommend you to get Aubrey Acker as she is good at what she does.
