Dr stack was excellent, he did write down incorrect weights for [NAME] but overall, he did listen to our concerns and gave his professional opinion about our child. The receptionist staff was very difficult to work with. When we called to schedule an appointment for him, they told us we needed to take him to the ER with no other context about his condition besides us saying he had low jaundice when we was born that he has since gotten over. The receptionist did not make it seem like it was an option and did not offer any other information about what they would be evaluating him for. I did not want to take my already smaller than avg newborn to a place where sick people are with no other information other than get him evaluated, which is exactly what they did when we took him in for his well child appointment. When we went to schedule his follow-up appointment, we had no choice for scheduling other than a 1 month appt even though Dr stack said we could do a 2 month appt.

She takes her time with you and you don’t feel rushed. She answers all of your questions and if there’s anything you don’t understand, she will explain things to you. I would recommend her to anyone that needs Doctor.

Easy access to the building. Courteous staff. Do not always volunteer test results. Waiting room and entrance smells good. Free food bags, available in the waiting room, contains good wholesome food.
