Crystal is a great care provider! She is knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and explains things well. She provides options for care allowing me to take an active role in my healthcare. She takes time with her patients, never making appointments feel rushed. I would highly recommend her!

Crystal is the best she always listens to what I say about my symptoms. I never have issues getting my meds Refilled. And the nurses and front desk staff are always helpful and very polite I drive 45 minutes to get to Crystal excellent healthcare

I have recommended this office to families in the past, and I would do it again. I feel like the office always get me in quickly when something comes up, they listen to our concerns, and they follow up after to make sure the concern has been resolved. Crystal is wonderful with my kids, and we have seen other staff that was also friendly and warm.

After seeing Crystal for many years has come to the point where I had to start going to Pace in Mount pleasant Crystal was pretty awesome but wasn't for her a lot of my health conditions wouldn't have been found she sent me this specialist and found out what's going on she is definitely Mount standing medical personnel I really appreciate the time and effort she took for me

He will listen to you and explain every detail. If you ask him questions after questions, he will not hesitate answering those. He was never in a hurry. He gives you the time you would need to explain to understand and ask any questions and he always make sure you understand if not, he will re-explain everything to you One of the best if not the best doctors we have ever seen.

Aubrey Akers has been a wonderful PA for us, since we moved here from [State]. She helped myself and my husband get our medicine transferred from [State] to MI. She also helped us care for our elderly mother with Alzheimer's. She recently passed away, but mother loved Aubrey so much!! Aubrey helped us get Mom's health under control when we arrived here to help her. Aubrey also was great about getting our Mom to a memory care Dr to be diagnosed so we could start the memory care she needed. Aubrey did all of this with us. From beginning to my mom's end, Aubrey was there for us. We couldn't have had a better Angel 😇. Thank you Mrs. Akers 🫶🏻

Aubrey is a wonderful provider that listens first to what you need. Then she follows up with a pathway of testing and care to take care of this issue.
