The quality of care provided by Chrystal and her incredible staff has been the key element to maintaining my health. Many varying issues arise as a result of my chronic condition, and I am always so relieved when I call the office. The speed, patience and courtesy I receive is so reassuring. Thanks so much!

Crystal always provides great care. She is knowledgeable and good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. Crystal always listens to my concerns and discusses the best plan of care going forward. Crystal always makes me feel like I am her only and most important priority . I would recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a care provider. I completely trust her with my care.

Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner, no waiting months to get in. I live in Mt Pleasant I’m happy to take the drive to Ithaca. I would have to wait two months to get in to be seen in the Mt Pleasant office. I’ve been in the Ithaca office 3 times, mt pleasant I would still be waiting for my first visit.

Crystal is always kind, polite, and listens to my concerns. She explains diagnosis and treatments and always asks if I have any other questions before the appointment is complete. Awesome provider.

Aubrey is knowledgeable, friendly and all-around the best person that I have had in many years. All of those who work at this office are great....but she stands out! She helps you feel comfortable, heard, and is proficient in all areas. I trust her.

Aubrey Akers helped me feel not afraid to go to the doctor. Also took my concerns very seriously and didn’t brush them off as other providers had in the past. I truly appreciate her care, knowledge, and attention she brings to her practice

Crystal always listens to what I have to say, never criticize me or makes me feel uncertain of my health problems. Crystal really listens and understands, she is very caring to me and my family and has been for years. I will always trust her judgement when it comes to my health and take her advice. I would like to thank you for hiring her and keeping as my doctor or choice for life, positive I will follow her where ever she goes as will my family!
