Crystal always provides great care! She is compassionate, and listens to my concerns and issues. She provides the opportunity for me to have a say in my care. She goes above and beyond for me, making sure any tests or labs are scheduled in a timely manner. Crystal is the best! I recommend her to everyone.

I would tell them that it’s the best doctors office that I have ever been to and they really care about their patients. I would tell them that if Crystal left to work somewhere else, that we would follow her to that other doctors office if they would except me and my whole family. My wife and I both are patients and all of our children as well.

Dr. Stack is a very caring person and he listens to the patient. You will definitely recommend a prescription that you might need for whatever health issues you are having. I would definitely definitely recommend Dr. Stack to any of my family and friends!!

Crystal is always there for you. The only thing I am concerned about is there is a high staff turnover, not like it used to be where you knew everyone.

The staff is cordial and attentive. Dr Stack is caring listening closely to you describing symptoms and discussing testing to confirm a diagnosis. As a new patient I was glad I made the appointment with Dr. Stack.

I enjoy talking with all staff, they are attentive and knowledgeable. Crystal knows my past history and recalls it well. We discuss the process and the best way to do the next steps. Krystal works well with my other Doctors. All good.

Often the office staff answering the phone, scheduling, and leaving messages has a poor, bothered, or negative attitude towards me. I dread calling the office which is unfortunate because I like Crystal but her clerical staff lack empathy and customer service skills. Even stating, "you don't have to have an attitude just because you're mad" after I couldn't do my virtual appointment on the day of the appointment and then had to schedule a virtual visit for weeks later and even that was late. It is frustrating to try to remain patient when met with such unpleasant staff.

I enjoyed the doctor herself but her nurse was dry and not as friendly. I did not like the nurse.

She calms down people very well who have panic attacks or white coat syndrome. Gave EKG just to make sure it wasn't heart issues.
