Absolutely love having Aubree as my doctor. She listens to the concerns and develops a plan to deal with it.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I haven’t had good luck with anyone else working for My Michigan Health but I absolutely love Aubree! She is so great and I’m very informed and always do a lot of research and when having questions she responds so well and gives me the information I need she always has helped made me feel welcomed and made it easy to bring my toddler when need be. She’s been honest and caring throughout my short time with her. She’s so easy to talk to and address all concerns and does what she can to the best of her ability’s. I’m pregnant and she always makes sure I have all the information I need when coming to her with things that I go to her for rather than my OBGYN I would recommend her to anyone.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner, no waiting months to get in. I live in Mt Pleasant I’m happy to take the drive to Ithaca. I would have to wait two months to get in to be seen in the Mt Pleasant office. I’ve been in the Ithaca office 3 times, mt pleasant I would still be waiting for my first visit.

The reason I was there was not address. This visit was not acceptable. I didn’t feel she had time for me.

Aubrey is knowledgeable, friendly and all-around the best person that I have had in many years. All of those who work at this office are great....but she stands out! She helps you feel comfortable, heard, and is proficient in all areas. I trust her.

Aubrey Akers helped me feel not afraid to go to the doctor. Also took my concerns very seriously and didn’t brush them off as other providers had in the past. I truly appreciate her care, knowledge, and attention she brings to her practice

Dr Akers is the most understanding and personal provider I have ever encountered. It doesn’t feel like a dreaded appointment but an appointment where I will know the best choice for my health is the main concern. She listens and pays attention to you as a person and not just another patient.

The first Dr. I've been to that sits down and gives full attention to what your saying. She is like visiting a friend. I don't experience the anxiety I've always had about doctors in the past with her. I can't say enough great things about her.

Great doctor and great staff. All very caring and understanding no matter the situation. Love that I'm not just a number here. So happy with being apart of this office for all my medical needs. Also they will do whatever they can if you have to call for meds or apt.

Aubree was amazing! No complaints about her. I made appt for my son to get his vaccine shots. I made appt myself, my mom took him. The office called me verified on phone with 2 TWO different people in office that yes I want him to get vaccine. They got in to see Aubree and she was not allowed to give him vaccine cuz I was not there. Very unhappy as I work and now have to make another appt to get them

Just the overall care and thoughtfulness in my wellbeing. In my experience, I’ve had doctors provide care that fixed the problem, but didn’t think about the human too. Ms. Akers provides both flawlessly.

There is not much more she could have done!

This is the first doctor that I have seen that actually listens to me. I feel like she actually cares and will do anything to find a diagnosis and help me feel better.
