My husband and I are new to this family medical practice. We have been treated with the utmost care & concern, with every question and request that has been given. My mother has been a patient in Aubree's Office for quite a few years. I was aware of the friendliness and the efficiency of their office & their practice. When our primary care doctor decided to retire, I knew where we wanted to be. I am grateful for a doctor/pa that is interested in and excited to help us become the healthiest people we can be. AND Aubree takes excellent care of my mother, so that is a bonus!!

Both Aubrey and the PA in the practice in Ithaca were recommended to me when I called another office. I adore the doctor I've had for several years but I was losing contact through that organization and I decided to change after almost 2 months of not getting anywhere . I have been very happy after 1 visit with the office, the staff and Aubrey and the immediate response to my concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
After over 2 months of not feeling good at all, someone recommended the practice in Ithaca. Not only was I able to get an appointment quickly but Aubrey listened to me, asked questions, requested blood tests and referred me for a scope to be performed in Alma, much closer than I anticipated. I don't drive much so going 2 miles rather than 25 or 40 miles is wonderful. I have no complaints.

I'm so lucky to have Aubree as my primary care. She goes above and beyond to get answers that are backed in science. She also makes time (even on holidays!) to answer questions and see you. I happily travel to see her. She's knowledgeable, understanding, and kind.

Professional,caring understanding going out of her way to make a patient feel cared for.I unaquivicly trust the care giving by my Doctor,and I believe whole heartedly of her genuine, and professional care, in short I hit the proverbial lottery in receiving her medical experience for over two years and plan on being served by her for many more .

I have been blessed to call the Ithaca family healthcare the go to for me and almost my entire family.From friendly service and real personal care ,they make me feel like family. I truly trust my doctor and plan on being a patriant of this awesome family care facility.I promise you find it hard to find a more caring and professional set of medical care providers.

Dr Akers is heaven sent. I truly believe I was misdiagnosed with different medicines for years and after not taking all the other medicines-I finally feel like my normal self again. This took me 2 years. She genuinely listens to my concerns and I never feel pressured or not in control of myself and healthcare decisions. I trust her. The best Dr ever in my opinion!
