A doctor that cares and actually wants to help you get better. I really like my new doctor. She actually looks at my text results. Im very happy with her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Crystal is awesome. The staff is supportive.. This isn't necessarily about crystal or the staff, but more to my michigan.The app that you can use on your phone. If you're gonna have features available on the my Michigan app. There needs to be a better monitoring system, I don't get response from my messages.I sent in a timely manner.I usually have to call the office of my physician to get an answer.Because they're not watching messages or other items on my michigan.App closely like I think they should be.

Crystal is GREAT!!! She is very thorough in getting answers to my health issues. She just gets things done as far as scheduling tests and procedures, Crystal is understanding about my concerns and listens, and provides feedback and options for care that I can understand. She is the best primary care provider I have ever had!! I highly recommend.

I would tell them Crystal care’s about you. Easier to get in to see. She even messaged me what I need to do. When I had shingles she saw it was me and said come right away to get antiviral meds to help. She always goes above and beyond to help you.

I absolutely love Crystal as a doctor. Best place I've been to in a long time. The staff at the front desk terms to talk to everyone like we know as much about all this medical stuff as they do, and that can be quite annoying. As someone who has some very unique health issues, not understanding any of this, I could have been treated with a bit more compassion. I'm scared and unsure if I'm dying, my frustration and being emotional was about that, not an argument aimed at them. I'm simply trying to understand all of this. However this is the best doctor's office I've been to in a very long time. I'm excited about finally getting some answers about what's going on with me.

Crystal really cares about her patients and takes the time needed doesn't rush out and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I always tell anyone needing a Dr about her. Even if they don't need to I tell everyone how great she is whenever medical care comes up.

Crystal always provides great care! She is compassionate, and listens to my concerns and issues. She provides the opportunity for me to have a say in my care. She goes above and beyond for me, making sure any tests or labs are scheduled in a timely manner. Crystal is the best! I recommend her to everyone.

I would tell them that it’s the best doctors office that I have ever been to and they really care about their patients. I would tell them that if Crystal left to work somewhere else, that we would follow her to that other doctors office if they would except me and my whole family. My wife and I both are patients and all of our children as well.
