I would tell friends that he is affiliated with MyMichigan and never have outpatient radiology done through them because of ARS delays. He is knowledgeable and understands how to use Epic and explain in a way I understood. I was disappointed he would not refer me to dermatology for a preventative body scan but offered a scan with a magnifying glass at a later date. I will continue to go downstate for specialist care.

Dr Decastro is very knowledgeable about my conditions. He's helped me prepare for my upcoming Hip Surgery, [DATE]. Dr. DeCastro helped me arrive at an A1C acceptable to the Surgeon. When my husband's PCP moved from the area, I recommended he go to Dr. DE Castro. I find that he is the rare individual who can be patient with eyesight and hearing difficulties without making the mistake of treating us like we are stupid.

Dr. DeCastro is very good at listening and responding to my concern. When applicable he will provide the name/date of literature from peer reviewed journals that addressed my concern. I appreciated this because then I could review this information myself. He is thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. The staff at the Harrison clinic are friendly and very good at their jobs. I would recommend both to friends or relatives in a heartbeat!
