I have had some issues with my heart! I am nearing my [age]th birthday and am not surprised to need cardiology. I’m so glad Scott Huffaker is here in Alpena to treat myself and my husband with our needs as he explains what is going on with my heart and draws it out for me too! He gives me options. Puts me at ease and tells me what is important and what isn’t. His Nurse Practitioner Kennedy sat with me to help me see why I should have cardiogram and explained why I should get this exam! I’m grateful for them being so close that I don’t have to go across the state or downstate to get this care.

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hassan, was very friendly a good listener and caring about my health concerns. His explanation of my test results were very understandable and answer any of my questions. His treatment plan was very agreeable to me. Is nursing staff we’re great

I have nothing but praise for everyone. All of my experiences have been great. I needed an appointment to get cleared for surgery, in a matter of seconds I had an appointment in 5 days, 3wks before the surgery.

Staff didn’t mark me as arrived when I checked in at the front office causing a delay of 30 minutes before I had to approach reception and then was seen almost instantly.
