What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Huffaker is very caring takes time with you in explaining questions that are asked and research’s if he doesn’t really know the answer. I never feel rushed or that I’m just a number. Great doctor..I like him a lot!

Dr. Huffaker is consistently professional, personable and reassuring. Takes the time to get to know his patients. Listens to us and offers ideas for solutions. His heart failure clinic is great. His staff are friendly, professional with a sense of humor.

Dr. Huffaker is an excellent cardiologist. He is prompt, listens to my problem and always has a solution. He is courteous and friendly. Has helped me a lot. Would recommend him to everyone that is looking for a cardiologist.

Only 1 concern. New med prescribed but not discussed with me, no info about side effects, what to do about previous med., or that it was going to be prescribed. Dr. Huffaker was only Doctor with thoughts to find cause of recurring problem. Very professional, personable, reassuring. Definitely recommend him. Staff are great! Jen from heart failure clinic is FABULOUS!!

Dr. Huffaker assistance were efficient and put me at ease. I did not have a long wait time. The doctor appeared to review my records before he came in the room. He was up-to-date on what was going on with my care and has given me. Excellent care explained issues that he was presenting in a way that was easily understood.

Dr. Huffaker is professional. He puts me at ease regarding my care makes it easy to understand listens patiently I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to find a cardiologist in the area and the medical staff is absolutely excellent.

Previously had a very good relationship with Dr. Huffaker but this recent visit was for an acute visit, (ED foliow up) but had to wait 6 days to be seen. Then a very rushed visit.. problem was “concerning”, ordered tests but next visit not to be scheduled for 2 months.. “April schedule not out yet”??, still no call for follow up appointment. [Removed clinical details to protect patient privacy]. Very poor communication & initial front staff very curt & did not show empathy. It’s been upsetting to my husband & myself & disappointing because we really like Dr. H.. always seems extremely knowledgeable & kind but definitely feel like the ball has been dropped on this episode of care 😞

Always patient and caring. He listens to me without making me feel dumb .He never rushes me, allowing me to take time needed to explain things going on . He has always explained things in a way im able to understand .He stays on top of things and I feel I am in the best care possible

He order a prescription that was $700.00 and$500,00 out of pocket for me, that stressed me out, I didn't pick it up..I am not wealthy..That was not good for me. Baffled me . The meds I am. Already on are working for me..my Primary ordered
