I would recommend Dr. Harbor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, upbeat, positive, personable, decisive. He answers any questions I have & explains so I can understand. I’m thankful he came to Alpena.

The Staff is usually friendly but sometimes I feel rushed when Dr. Harbor comes in the room. His usual question is how you feeling and he tells me my EKG was good.

Staff didn’t mark me as arrived when I checked in at the front office causing a delay of 30 minutes before I had to approach reception and then was seen almost instantly.
