The staff was very friendly, got me right in, when asking questions they said things clear and waited for me to finish my answer before moving on and EXTREMELY helpful in helping me understand my appointments and test. Some of THE BEST staff I have had in a while. Dr was very friendly and answered any questions I had but I felt as if he was VERY RUSHED TO MOVE ON. I feel if I am paying such a high bill to see him he should be in the room talking and discussing my health longer then 5 mins & 33 secs. It made me feel as though I was just another number to make him a paycheck and he needed to move on to the next number. I DO UNDERSTAND that DRs. In his field are very important and needed and they have a lot of patients they need to see but still feel I should have gotten a bit more time since it was my first visit.

I went to Dr . Pacis as a referral from PCP for low pulse. When I met him he was so kind with direct eye contact and a real interest in my file. I really felt good talking with him. He really cares about making a difference. He's a wonderful doctor.

The doctor and staff were great, its a shame the greedy my Miichigan health bean counters care more about the money then patients. Dropping insurance companies so we have to go miles away is not showing concern for your health. I wish the government would look into that.

I initially contacted this office and received an appointment within a month. Earlier appointments opened up and that was a bonus. Doctor Pacis was very informative and thorough. Staff courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who had similar need.
