This visit was just what I needed after being seen a few days earlier in ER. She was pleasant, answered all my questions, provided needed time I required for reassurance and concerns. Very personable and professional. Both my husband and I were very pleased. Excellent rapport and knowledge based.

The person who checked us in, otherwise it was a terrible experience

The nurse and provider were both rude from the start, seemed annoyed that this visit was even scheduled

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My sons primary care physician is Hayley Baker, but when she couldn’t see him they girls figured out a way for him to be seen by Dr. Taylor and she did an incredible job! I appreciate figuring out a way for him to still be seen!

The dr Jamie and the nursing stall was very professional and courteous. They showed concern for my welfare as well as my concerns.

I always check in online before going to my appointment. I don’t appreciate it when I check in at the office. They ask me the same questions. Generally loud enough, so everyone around can hear. I think that infringes on Hippa

Jamie did an amazing job! She is personalable, kind and did a thorough job. She communicated in a way that was understanable and relatable. She took her time and let me ask any questions I had. She did an amazing job during a time when i was really struggling. Thank you!

Jamie and Dr Harrington, and staff are always there when I need them. Many times going out of their way and double booking in order to address my many issues.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Again it’s all about appts. If I am in NEED I should have to wait 3-4 weeks to be seen that is absurd. I only saw Jamie once for paper work because I need a form completed. For an upcoming surgery. As it was I had to wait 2 weeks for that and she wasn’t even my actual PA.

Not a thing, Everyone whos in the office are so welcome & always asking if you need anything. I'M a new patieance & so please how I have been treated.you have alot to be Proud of!

Always curtious, friendly, and gets my needs taken care of! I love Krista as my provider. It was also great to meet Jamie Taylor for my issue last week. Great team work all around. Can't say I e ever had a bad experience.
