What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Michael Paulsell is an excellent surgeon. He has always done my colonoscopies and EGD procedures. He does a biopsy when needed and any other follow up procedure he deems necessary to make a definitive diagnosis. He always schedules a follow up appointment to discuss my test results with me in person, informs me of my treatment care options and prescribes whatever medication he determines will help. Dr. Paulsell is excellent and I plan on staying with him for any procedures I may need in the future, which would be within the realm of his expertise. Also, I always recommend him to any of my friends, family, and anyone else in need of his profession.

Dr. Thornton is a great surgeon. He listens and respects his patients. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Thornton. I wish all Providers had his genuine concern and care that he provides.

The check-in process was easy enough. I was assigned a room by the nurse to go sit in. The wait time to be seen was abnormal to me. After a period of time, I just left the room without being seen and went home.
