Dr. Shehata is great. The new mercyone genesis is my overall dissatisfaction. They are seeking out ways to charge people outside of their wellness visits to get better reimbursement causing insurance companies to not cover the “wellness” visit that insurance covered families should be entitled to in turn leading to desired non compliance with recommended routine care visits.

Dr Elwood and her MA Mana and nursing staff are the best. We get the best care possible every time our children need to be seen. They accommodated our schedule and still fit us in same day. We are so fortunate to have the very best care for our kids. They always go above and beyond for us. We love our care team!!

Our children have been patients of Dr. Al-Durrah’s for almost 15 years.

I would like to take a moment regarding my "child" having to sign for me to have consent to view her MyChart. My child is 12. Showing up for an appointment I scheduled and I pay for and then having to have my child complete and sign a consent form so I can view her mychart. And also having to go in the hallway while this is discussed with my child. I'm not sure what Mercy One/Trinity is trying to accomplish but this feels very wrong. If I didn't love Dr. Avery so much I would be leaving.

I wish we could rate her a 20/10! Bring first time parents, I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor for our child! I hope she knows she makes such a positive impact in not only our lives, but all of her patients!
