Missey was great the staff was not Ladies at front desk are rude, mean inconsiderate Iam not sure how they keep their jobs there’s only one person who is not rude and she works on Doc.kloska side of the office the 2 have no business working in the heath profession [Removed patient's information to protect privacy]

It was my second visit so I’m still getting to know her and everybody in the clinic. Everything went great and she’s setting up appointments that will hopefully help with my immune system and all my other issues.

My doctors office closed in Augres. Came in to see if I could have my health history sent to an allergist in West Branch, Mi. She said they didn’t have an history of me being a patient at Augres Mi. Also was questioning why I wanted to go to an allergist. My insurance doesn’t require referrals. I just need my health history sent. Anyways I’m assuming I won’t get this done. Instead she has sent a referral to a gastroenterologist, which I most likely need in the long run do so my chronic gi issues but that doesn’t take care of my allergist. Just wish she would have listened to me instead of questioning my intelligence. Like I’ve been through the wringer in my life. Lots of doctors lots of test just want to see an allergist to see why my body is attacking itself. Sorry for the rant, just tired.
