She listens, she finds solutions to the situations as they arise. She also catches things before they become a situation. I would not have been able to make the rehabilitation come back without her.

Attentive and respectful care. I was very impressed by the level of knowledge and ability to communicate. Plus, Melissa Wakefield and all other personnel were very, very nice and caring.
