She came in for consult at the hospital. She was very personable, knew what she was looking for and what she was talking about. I would recommend her to anyone who needs this particular help.

Very thorough and takes time to update family members about the resident’s condition and needs.

Attentive and respectful care. I was very impressed by the level of knowledge and ability to communicate. Plus, Melissa Wakefield and all other personnel were very, very nice and caring.
