I wish that when Dr. Potnis changes or adds a prescription, that it be added to my mid Michigan portal. Also, when I receive a shot; it never seems to be added to the portal either. My son keeps a close eye on my health and well being. He checks the portal numerous times a week for any changes.

I’m still new with this PC but I’m always treated with respect and she takes care of me. Staff is wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Missey was great the staff was not Ladies at front desk are rude, mean inconsiderate Iam not sure how they keep their jobs there’s only one person who is not rude and she works on Doc.kloska side of the office the 2 have no business working in the heath profession [Removed patient's information to protect privacy]

Very friendly, courteous, and listen to me, answered my questions. Made suggestions of what was in my best interest. Encouraged my improvement through therapy and was concerned with my pain management. I consider him to be a very good doctor.
