Very friendly, courteous, and listen to me, answered my questions. Made suggestions of what was in my best interest. Encouraged my improvement through therapy and was concerned with my pain management. I consider him to be a very good doctor.

If you’re not able to see a doctor, Melissa did a more than adequate, caring exam and treatment recommendations. She was also personable and professional.

It was my second visit so I’m still getting to know her and everybody in the clinic. Everything went great and she’s setting up appointments that will hopefully help with my immune system and all my other issues.

This was my first appointment with Melissa Wakefield and I was very impressed with her, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor. I feel I am lucky to have found her.

My doctors office closed in Augres. Came in to see if I could have my health history sent to an allergist in West Branch, Mi. She said they didn’t have an history of me being a patient at Augres Mi. Also was questioning why I wanted to go to an allergist. My insurance doesn’t require referrals. I just need my health history sent. Anyways I’m assuming I won’t get this done. Instead she has sent a referral to a gastroenterologist, which I most likely need in the long run do so my chronic gi issues but that doesn’t take care of my allergist. Just wish she would have listened to me instead of questioning my intelligence. Like I’ve been through the wringer in my life. Lots of doctors lots of test just want to see an allergist to see why my body is attacking itself. Sorry for the rant, just tired.

I’ve always seen Brad Kloska and this is the first time seeing Melissa. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If I can’t get into Brad, I would see her again.
