Ms. Wakefield is very personable and highly skilled. We have been very happy with the care she has provided.

Attentive and respectful care. I was very impressed by the level of knowledge and ability to communicate. Plus, Melissa Wakefield and all other personnel were very, very nice and caring.

As a rehabilitation patient at Gladwin Pines, I have been very impressed by how well the staff all works together, how nice and respectful everyone is, and how clean the facility is kept.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I am gluten-sensitive and have other food sensitivities. The food was usually tasty but if there were options, I would have not eaten some of them. I just ate what they gave me as I knew my time here was limited and I am not celiac. Still would have been better to have "safer" food.
