Felt like the Dr. was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Didn't check me over very well and didn't check a bad place on the top of my head. Recommended a cream instead of treating my face. I agreed to try it.

Dr. Bernardi is an excellent health provider. I’ve gone to him for years. I worked in the sun all my life so I see the doctor every six months. About 6 or 7 years ago he saw a spot on my right leg and took a biopsy. It was cancer and he Caught it early. I had surgery and all is well. Thanks to Dr. Bernardi.

You were not busy, the waiting room was empty. We saw the doctor quick. He did not know i had been there before, he did not rake the time to look at my file. He didn't know i had 2 cancers cut off. There is no reason for that. Unprofessional! I have told this story to 4 people at this point.

I’m not sure that the Dr. and I were on the same page. I wish I could feel like progress was made but I hate to state this but I’m wondering if I should make an appointment at a different facility to get another opinion.

First one in for my 8 appt they gave papers to fill out to everyone behind me first. The clerical at front desk were talking about what to drink and their watch finally at 8:20 I said need to get to work appt was at 8 . Then she said to me I had all these other information to put in system. Finally about 8:25 I was called back. If people need paperwork open door sooner instead of at 8 and do not really care about putting info in system my appt was at

Dr. Waldman was as always thoroughly charming, responsive, and concerned about my full medical profile, which this time included my still recovering from a UTI. The entire support staff was also quite wonderful - as always!
