The check in procedure was fast and pleasant. I completed all the new paperwork and was immediately ushered into a treatment room. The nurse was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Bernardi was very helpful and completed several cryo applications and removed a troublesome looking thingie. 3 days later I was called and told that thingie was benign
Seemed extremely rushed compared to the numerous other visits at this office. I felt so rushed. I even forgot to ask for a new prescription. The receptionist, tech, and Dr were pleasant, but the check-out person with less than pleasant. I said hello when I walked up to the counter and she didn’t even answer me. She was very cold in her. She did not even offer a reminder card for my next appointment. I have definitely had better appointments at this facility.
My visit was a good experience. How ever I am having a billing problem after two calls to your billing people and two calls to my insurance. My insurance says I owe nothing and your billing office says I owe $200. Please fix this issue. I have been a patient there for many years and have never had a problem with billing until this new ownership. I would hat to have to find a new dermatologist.

I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early with my paperwork printed and filled out. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed full with only one or two places to sit. I put my name on the board was not acknowledged. after several people came in after me and were helped after me, I approached the window and asked if my name had been misplaced, they assured me that they were running very far behind and that I had not my name had not been misplaced, to have a seat and they would be with me as soon as they could. I then let them know that I already had my paperwork filled out and ready to go and they told me to have a seat another girl came over and said she could take my paperwork , they were not friendly. They were not engaging. There was nothing about that experience in the front office that would ever make me want to come back. I then was taken back (after waiting in a crowded waiting room for 45 min) to meet the doctor. The assistant Kim was extremely friendly and kind. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Bernardi then came in, he was very kind made me feel very comfortable for my first visit, and answered all of my questions. On my way to check out the front desk girls again we’re not friendly, when I asked a question they replied with, “I don’t know, All we do is schedule appointments.” did not try to ask anyone or help find out any information. Don’t get me wrong, I work in a medical office as well and the front desk can be overwhelming, and people can be rude. But I do believe that the front desk people are the first impression that patients get of an office and my first impression of that office was terrible.
The Dr. was running a little late, but took the time to go over treatment options and on his recommendation I had nothing done for both a small facial cyst and a keratosis patch.
