I had 3 different (skin) areas needing topical treatment. On my August visit, Alex had told me what to do for each. Apparently I had mixed up one of the instructions resulting in not as much progress made, and in fact some irritation occurring because of using one cream in the wrong spot. She seemed slightly annoyed, saying that would make it red and flare up. However, no written instructions were provided and with the patient not being a specialist, these things aren't obvious. I felt greater frustrated because 2 months of treatment time had been wasted and I expect more from a professional, especially when it's costing me over $100 a visit.
I was greeted by the receptionist. Very kind and nice. The nurse that took me back and asked how I was, super sweet. I liked talking with her. Of course I just love Alexa. She is so easy to talk to. She understood where I was coming. Great group of ladies.
