Wonderful other than a delay getting to see her due to the intake receptionist being temporarily unable to confirm my bcbs insurance was active. Otherwise, dr Mathai was wonderful.

Dr. Mathai is a wonderful person and physician. She remembers her patients and personal things, which makes you so comfortable. She goes out of her way to make sure that her administrations are as easy and painless as possible (eye injections for retinopathy), and she stabilized my vision after a retinal tear. She and her team are amazing—book with confidence.

Dr. Mathai was very thorough, explaining clearly the diagnosis and how to proceed with follow up exams to monitor the situation. I am deaf/hard of hearing and she was very understanding of my concerns and genuinely concerned about making sure we understood the options.

She is the best eye doctor I have ever had. Never rushes the appointment, and always takes the time to explain everything to me so I can understand. You can tell she really wants what is best for her patients.

Dr. Mathai is an amazing doctor. She has been very professional and friendly throughout my appointments and necessary procedures.
The reception staff is not as friendly as you would expect from a large well known professional office.

As usual, Dr Mathai is most professional, kind and explains everything to us. Both my husband and I are very happy that she includes us both and takes the time needed to address our questions and any concerns.

Dr Mathai is very personable and really good at explaining issues surrounding my medical eye condition. She had answers that made since to my questions about my eyes and I left her office filling much better about my condition than when I went there.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Mathai and I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable and patient. She informed me, every step of the way, of everything seen on the test results, her examination of my eyes, and what needed to be done about it. I feel confident in my future prognosis.
