I was seen quickly, there was very little waiting at all after my scheduled appointment time. The exam room looked clean. The provider spent a surprising amount of time going over everything at my appointment, and I did not feel like he was rushed or was rushing me at all.

Convenient location. Dr Roos spends time to make sure you are heard. Sometimes there is a wait but I attribute Tito the fact that all patients are getting the same level of attention and professionalism that I’ve received.

We have been going there for 11 years. The Doctors may have changed but the level of care has not. It's easy to communicate with the doctors through the Baptist portal. We get quick responses. The care team is very welcoming, professional and compassionate. We trust the care we get there.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Stapleton and really liked her. She was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining things to me. I also love Rachel the Nurse Practioner. She is also very knowledgeable and a ray of sunshine. She has had a lot of patience and empathy when I have went through some extremely difficult times.
