I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Nurse Kelsey was absolutely fantastic—she made me feel comfortable and at ease right away, and her friendly demeanor really set the tone for the visit.
Dr. Andersen was incredible! She took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and made sure I felt heard. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes a collaborative approach to creating a personalized plan of care. I never felt rushed and appreciated how thorough and attentive she was.
The whole office has a comforting, warm atmosphere, and I left feeling not only well-cared for but also supported in my health journey. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate, patient-focused experience!

Elizabeth Andersen is my primary doctor. She is the best, always up, asks lots of questions and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. The staff is great and also will answer questions if needed or find the answer for you. I can also say that my appointments are always on time.

The people are very friendly and customer oriented and explain if there’s changes in the Medicare or Baptist South proceeses and decisions . They’re very patient in explaining the changes dissimilar to Nocatee.
