The staff is courteous, professional, and welcoming. I have been seen by Drs. [last name], [last name], and Gries and all three truly care about their patients. They listen, ask good questions, and make well-informed recommendations. Whenever I send a message through the portal, I receive a prompt response. Unlike some physician groups, I never feel rushed and my concerns are addressed with compassion.

I was seen quickly when I injured my back in a fall. The medical check-up was thorough and the x-rays were quickly accomplished. When the first pain medication prescribed was ineffective the doctor prescribed a second which has been effective. I'm getting better slowly, but that's just one of the joys of old age...just kidding!

The staff is kind and Friendly. Very helpful when there is a question or concern. Dr Gries has a caring bedside manner and has true interest in the clients well being. Do not live close to the office. Because of these reasons, I continue to remain a client.

Large waiting room, but usually have a short time to wait. The check-in staff is attentive and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient in getting you ready to see your Dr., PA, etc. It is a pleasant experience. Glad to have your Facility in Nocatee close to my home.

Dr. [last name]’s office is very calm and you can feel that every person working there is Kind, Compassionate and truly Welcoming. Dr. [last name] Himself is SOO Amazing!!!! He never rushes you and Always Listens to All of your Complaints and Concerns, Let’s you ask him Questions and he Always Explains Everything SOO Carefully.He never Rushes you and makes you feel SOO Cared for and about.The P A s are Also SOO Attentive and Caring . I have been a patient there for. 4 years and am planning on staying with them forever. I am SOO Happy with the Care I receive from them!!!!!

The office is welcoming, professional and there is never a “wait” to see the doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Gries since he joined Baptist and feel blessed that he is my doctor. He listens and attends to all of my health concerns. Friendly, easy to talk with and provides compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr Gries.
