Dr. Kupsaw and his (sorry, but I don't remember her name) nurse provided excellent, professional services during my appointment. They answered my questions and actually listened to me. That is a rare occurrence for me here in this part of Florida.

I was impressed with the entire team I encountered on the 10th, including Mario, the young man who does the scheduling. I was reassured by the vast knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Kokal, who is taking control of my medical problem. I appreciate being included in the treatment plan and the doctor taking time to explain what is happening and why.

Dr. Brett Bernstein is Top Notch and I couldn't have asked for any better. He provided hope during our first visit when he laid out the treatment plan. He and the Doctors, Timor and Mitchko, I consider experts as wellI feel. They and everyone in the office are caring and genuinely interested in providing the best care and consider them as God sent In my dire time of need. I never left the office without feeling grateful appreciation for all the staff at the Lee Wound Care Center. I was fortunate to be recommended to them. I may not have been the easiest patient because of my own PTSD but that never seemed to ruffle anyone. They treated me back very Christian like and professional and were understanding. I Include the staff who change my dressings twice a week and the people at the front and check out desk. My comments come from over 50 years experience as an RN, BSN And CCRN - Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, CardioThoracic ICU's and ER -from Pittsburgh, San Francisco, San Diego, Philadelphia plus ER in Level 1 Trauma Centers -same.

Dr. Bernstein is a caring and excellent doctor. He takes the time to explain everything he's doing, listens to what you have to say and makes sure you understand everything. The staff also makes your visit pleasant. They are friendly and greet you with a smile and there to help with whatever you need.

Everyone that I came in contact with were very good about checking my name and birth date. I worked in healthcare for forty years, and I know how important that is. Everyone washed their hands or used sanitizer before approaching me.
