On one occasion, the wait time for my appointment was long and I told the young man at the desk that I needed to cancel because I had another Doctors appointment. He immediately got up and set my rewrap into motion. I was able to make my next appointment! Well done!!Now, about Dr. Kokal, who did a fabulous job on my wound and had a wonderful sense of humor. I find that very refreshing that made the visit less stressful! Thank you!!

The receptionists were very friendly and efficient with check in and payments. The whole staff was exceptional with their care. Dr. Kokal was wonderful!

I don't remember the receptionists name but she was the best She was able to work me in for a burn that I just had gotten I had gone to the emergency room that morning and they referred me them I was in pain and the dr was able to give me relief. The whole staff was great !!!!
