Dr Sand seemed quite knowledgeable on my sleep issues. However, due to circumstances of the day ie. Office roof construction flooding, he appeared distracted, called in late to telemedicine appt, and seemed to want to hurry thru my appointment resulting in me missing some questions I wanted to ask.

Rachel, Medical Asst., saw I was struggling with the machine I brought from home as I was trying to carry it into the office even though I was using a walker. She kindly offered to carry it & also told me to let her know when my visit was over & she would help me get to the car. She also was kind enough to put my walker in the car & made sure I got back in the car ok before she went back in the office.
