My appointment was a video appointment with the provider only. There was no interaction with other staff.

Sleep study tech. Florence was professional, polite and friendly. She explained the test and answered any questions I had. I was surprised whenI entered the bathroom There were clean towels folded in bird like figures like you would find in a high end hotel.

Dr. Sands was great. He came into the examining room with a summary of my cpap feedback. He answered all my questions. I am very appreciative of his emphasis, on my previous visit, of the dangers sleep apnea was to my health and the importance of using my cpap machine.

I was able to see Dr. Sand within a few days, as compared to seeing a doctor at the Plantation office that couldn't happen until later in November. Dr. Sand was very personable and professional at the same time.

The only thing that was disconcerting to me was Dr.Sand writing something in my after visit summary about me being forgetful. I am coherent 100% coherent, and I am not forgetful at all and asked him to strike this statement from my summary and his records.

All the staff in the office were friendly,courteous and engaging. Dr.Sand is an excellent doctor. He spent ample time and was focused on my health during my appointment. He listened to what I said and explained things to me in a very clear way. Overall my experience was excellent!

Dr. Sand truly expressed interest in my future health. He listened to my concerns, the current problems I was experiencing and made immediate changes to my treatment, He was honest with me stating, that my medical condition is complicated, He told me it would take a long time to address everything. He also said that as long as I stay committed to my treatment he will be on that road with me.
