Rachel, Medical Asst., saw I was struggling with the machine I brought from home as I was trying to carry it into the office even though I was using a walker. She kindly offered to carry it & also told me to let her know when my visit was over & she would help me get to the car. She also was kind enough to put my walker in the car & made sure I got back in the car ok before she went back in the office.

Asha was very patient with me and explaining things in a way that I was able to understand what I am supposed to do, options available aside from bipap machine is the inspire implant, which I do not qualify for, but she explained why and I now agree with the necessity of the machine. She gave me options to pursue care with the assistance of program funds to pay for care

Asha Chandran should teach how to treat patients while she also demonstrates her span of medical knowledge in sleep disorders. I've been a patient of this practice for 3 years and other than the first visit with the doctor, this was the first time I truly felt like a patient being cared for. She was the very first practioner who explained facets of the Resmed box....(I distain it btw) but, she cares and I thank her!

Dr. Asha is fabulous. The MA Paula and her student Kallie were superb. Very friendly and compassionate during the checks in Epic and taking my [ ]. They should be rewarded for the great care they give to your patients.
