This doctor is spectacular. My experience with her was very good. She treated me and my child very well, even though we don't speak English. She was very patient and explained everything very well.

Josephson has an amazing bed side manner and clearly loves what he does. His vase knowledge makes you feel comfortable about making medical decisions. He is so patient and takes so much time to explain [ ].

Dr. Rimell is really great. He explains things clearly and gives opportunity to ask questions. He involves my son in plan of care. My son is called to the back promptly and doctor comes in right away. He spends the right amount of time during the visit. Definitely recommend this doctor and I hope he stays with this office for the long term because it would be a shame to lose him.

Dr Rimell was very great as usual in explaining things . He is very calm and pleasant and I trust his judgement . The nurse who assisted me before seeing the doctor was also exceptional , ( i dont remeber her name) but she was quite pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable . I had a little hiccup at front desk where the clerk told me i didnt have an appointment (which i did) but i explained ot her that i had this appointment fromn last year and that was evenutally sorted out. I got in and out in no time and overall im pleased with the visit

Dr .Josephson and his staff are all very caring. Dr. Josephson is a very kind man with a great bed side manner. He was very gentle with my son. They were very pleasant and professional from start to finish. My son had excellent care. I would recommend them over and over again.

I think her name was Callie but she was the one who initially did the [ ]. She was very diligent in calling me back and making sure the referral was sent and scheduling [ ] in a rapid and timely manner. She understood the urgency. I met her again at check-out after seeing Dr. Josephson, and again she took care in handling the next appts needed. I appreciate her because the appts were scheduled close and it worked with my work schedule and school as well. She is truly a great asset to your organization. Thank you and I apologize if I missed her name. I just know it started with a C.

Honestly this practice should be the standard hands down!!! From the original call to schedule, the welcoming, the nurse, doctor, the whole visit from start to finish really should absolutely be the set standard! Dr Werle is exactly what this world needs for health care. His care and concern is on a level all should follow. I trust him! To say that with your child's comfort and best medical attention without any amount of hesitation feels amazing! I wish he could be cloned and all pediatric specialist took notes to be honest. I highly recommend him, ENT needed conditions can be long, scary, painful and exhausting trials with our kiddos and it's without any second thoughts I recommend him!! Thank you Dr. Werle and staff for all your dedication and hard work you truly set the bar!

The front staff were polite and friendly, they gotta send right away. The nurse who checked my son in was very polite, and the doctor was very helpful and very kind, he did a great job with my son, was very knowledgeable and efficient. First time visit, I will highly recommend this Doctor.

I would like to show praise of Dr Werle and the nurse reviewer that called before the procedure to go over his previous medical with me. Both were very courteous and detailed about my son’s significant medical history. Also the on site [ ] was amazing, I was having trouble with his [ ] and they were so helpful! We finally got the [ ] and I am expecting a [ ]. It was a great experience!

Dr Josephson is such an amazing asset for Lee Health! I’m thrilled we were able to receive care from him for our son. I’ve already recommended him to other parents. At this visit the front desk staff was great and our MA that roomed us, Eunique, was super efficient and friendly.

Dr. Jaffe was warm and welcoming with a bright smile. She was great with Elijah, and made him comfortable for his exam by playing and joking with him. She is patient and kind, and has an incredible bedside manner. She made me feel heard, and eased my concerns. She provided me with a great care plan, and I look forward to our next appointment.

This whole process was seamless and exceptional! Dr Josephson was kind and informative through the process. It was unplanned that my son would need this [ ] but I couldn’t have asked for a better [ ]. They got us into the office the same day. Unfortunately he required the [ ] to be performed in the [ ]. We were promptly scheduled the following day. I felt comfortable with the care provided to my son by everyone along the way! Great job [ ] and Dr Josephson!

Dr. Werle is excellent at every visit consistently. He’s always friendly, cheerful, informative, caring…we never feel rushed. When our son had [ ] he was amazing and alleviated any fear or concerns.. this is the only ENT I’d ever want to take my children to. I trust him 100% He is what is right in health care! The entire staff is professional and wonderful too. The facility is welcoming, beautiful and well thought out for children.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Werle is an excellent physician. Great bedside manner, timely, holistic approach. Team also exceptional from front desk to MA to surgical scheduling all well oiled, friendly and helpful.
