After our visit we had to come back for emergency. She was bleeding it off her ear very badly. The office immediately took us back in and dr Rimell solved the problem. His staff of nurses cleaned Josephine up from the blood.

Dr. Rimell and his staff are always so helpful and kind. It is always a pleasure to see them. He is so good at communicating directly to Julian and answering any of our concerns or questions. I highly recommend Dr. Rimell and his staff. Thank you!

Dr Rimell has always been thorough and speedy with service. I appreciate this office specifically for always being a great help when it comes to referrals and if any mishaps occur they are the most accommodating and willing to help out of any office I've ever dealt with. Thank you all.

Staff are friendly, supportive understanding. Dr. Remi himself is so patient so understanding of such a complex medical issue took his time to understand the case did testing that I know their provider dead and is addressing the issue with the fresh eyes eager to assist with a friendly demeanor super patient. Would totally recommend this Doctor to anybody.

Dr Rimell is very educated. Straight to the point. Doesn't try to do "extras" meaning things that are unnecessary. He isn't just trying to take your money. I think he genuinely cares to do things right.

We love Dr. Rimell! He is one one the best specialist we see at Lee Health. He is very upfront, to the point while also showing empathy for his patients. We never feel rushed when we see him which is refreshing. I feel as if we know him personally & we are not just another patient for him.

Dr was very informative and created a plan we all thought was the best for my son. I wish we had him as our ENT when our son initially had ear problems possibly would not be in the situation we are in now but we overwhelmingly confident now.

Dr. Rimell is really great. He explains things clearly and gives opportunity to ask questions. He involves my son in plan of care. My son is called to the back promptly and doctor comes in right away. He spends the right amount of time during the visit. Definitely recommend this doctor and I hope he stays with this office for the long term because it would be a shame to lose him.

Dr Rimell was very great as usual in explaining things . He is very calm and pleasant and I trust his judgement . The nurse who assisted me before seeing the doctor was also exceptional , ( i dont remeber her name) but she was quite pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable . I had a little hiccup at front desk where the clerk told me i didnt have an appointment (which i did) but i explained ot her that i had this appointment fromn last year and that was evenutally sorted out. I got in and out in no time and overall im pleased with the visit
