My son was very fussy for his appointment during his nap time. Macy was fantastic and tried to help bringing in coloring while we waited. Christine was very patient and kind despite [ ] cooperation.

Amazing bedside manner and explanations by Dr. Jaffe and Christine. Christine definitely went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to make another appointment and is truly caring and compassionate towards her patients making them feel comfortable.

Christine was extremely accommodating. She gets an A plus in problem solving. She was not rushed while [ ]. She personally went searching for adhesive remover since I did not have[ ] at home.

Christine Jaffe might be one of the nicest, thorough providers we have had here in Cape Coral / Fort Myers. The office staff was very nice as well. Thank you for being a caring health office and providing excellent quality of care!

Provider was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I usually prefer to see a doctor not a PA, but she changed my mind.

On [ ] The nurse that checked us in the room before seeing Christine Jaffe was very thorough, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff on that day was very kind and helpful and Christine Jaffe always takes such great care with her patients and shows compassion and kindness at every visit.

Christine is always friendly and makes my son feel at ease. She takes time to explain things in simple terms for my son to understand. I recommend her for all my son's ENT needs.
