Christine was exceptional in bedside manner, soft and friendly to the kids, and so thorough in explaining what was happening. She explained the tubes had essentially failed, and what our next options were. She was sincere and clear. I left feeling informed and content despite the unfortunate outcome of failed Hummingbird tubes. I would recommend this office over and over. (Just not the Hummingbird!)

It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Christine Jaffe. She is such a shining light in a sometimes scary field of ENT. My son is going to have to get a surgery done, and she made me feel so calm and secure in knowing that he would be in good hands. She went over all of the precautionary details for aftercare, and eased any concerns I was facing. She is so sweet, and has the greatest bedside manner with the littles.

Yes, everyone there from the check in nurse to the check out appointment were phenomenal. The nurse practitioner particularly who assessed my child was beyond nice and friendly. My kids loved her.

This doctor is spectacular. My experience with her was very good. She treated me and my child very well, even though we don't speak English. She was very patient and explained everything very well.

Dr. Jaffe was warm and welcoming with a bright smile. She was great with Elijah, and made him comfortable for his exam by playing and joking with him. She is patient and kind, and has an incredible bedside manner. She made me feel heard, and eased my concerns. She provided me with a great care plan, and I look forward to our next appointment.

This might be the best healthcare experience I have had with one of my [ ] so far. I cannot say enough, nice things about this office between the front desk and the MA who checked us in and the nurse practitioner who did the procedure to the nurses that helped her it was absolutely unbelievable! I have already given them a rave review on Google as well
