Our appointment with Dr Papola was beyond outstanding. Such a well organized, detailed to all matters, such a professional doctor, extremely kind and welcoming with children and with all during our time there. I cannot say enough of this gifted and beautiful personal Dr Papola of how she is and how so privileged we are to have her as Anna's doctor! Thank you for having Dr Papola at your facility.

Dr. Papola is wonderful. She listens, does not make me feel rushed, shows true concern for my son and our family, and always helps us think through ways to help.

I would like to recognize Latrice. W MA!!! Latrice over the last few years has literally jumped into action on MANY occasions to help in any and ALL ways possible to help Emerson without hesitation and ALWAYS makes my worries/concerns felt heard and genuinely cared for. Not only as a patient but as a family we honestly couldn't be more grateful for all of her help and knowledge! We are beyond blessed to have both Steven Powell and Latrice on team Emerson from the bottom of my heart they are the BEST!!!!

Dr Sy-Te, Emilie Dr. Emilie Sy-Te is truly the most effective and thorough doctor I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and approaches every concern with unparalleled attention to detail. Her evaluations are comprehensive, her follow-through is exceptional, and you always feel genuinely cared for under her care. I'm incredibly grateful to have found a physician who is not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply committed to her patients' well-being.

The doctor really took her time to hear my thoughts and concerns. She explained everything very throughly. My son and I really enjoyed our visit and can't wait to meet the doctor in person during our next visit.

Dr. Papola is an amazing provider. She always listens to any concerns and is very assuring. Dr. Papola is efficient but also effective and I always leave the appointment satisfied and always feels that my son's needs are met. I drive 2.5 hours to see Dr. Papola and will not change that!

Dr Papola is always always great!! She explains everything in complete details to the parent and child alike and gives plenty of opportunity for questions and spends plenty of time during the appointment. Super friendly and professional. The lady at the checkout counter is always great. My child is a long term patient of hers and will contour to be. We have never been made to wait for our appointment time.

Dr Papola and her checkout clerk are always amazing would definitely recommend. Easy to get in and out. Never had to wait past appointment time. She always spends a quality amount of time with us and gives opportunity for questions and explains all things in great detail in an understandable way.

Dr. Sy-Te is caring and always thoughtful. Thank you to her medical assistant that helped my daughter feel comfortable with her vitals and took time to help her with her shoes. She didn't have to do that.

Steven Powell is the best, he’s so patient and he took all the time we needed to understand every concern that we had. [ ], our son, loved going to his appointment with him, he always does (it was our second time seeing him). The rest of the staff was very professional and helpful, too. It’s always so good to go there and see all those smiles on their faces!!!

Dr. Papola is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to truly get to know each family, asks about things that were previously discussed in a prior appointment, follows up on any concerns, gives recommendations, etc. She doesn't make me feel rushed, like so many Dr's do. She listens, takes detailed notes and follows through with what she says. She has been a true blessing to our family.

The front desk was wonderful as usual for check in and checking out was also very pleasant. I unfortunately do not remember who was working with us but for the most part, everyone was fabulous.

Steven has truly been a pivotal provider in my daughter’s care. His knowledge, kindness and compassion have far exceeded any other(and she sees many people) providers. He listens to understand, not just to respond. I have recommended many families with similar issues to the office. We need more genuinely intelligent, caring and compassionate people in the world like him. It would make the world a better place.
