I was very impressed with how the nurse practitioner was with my son and my husband and I. He was very positive had amazing bedside manner. It was the most positive experience I've had with a provider for my son.

At check in as well as check out Alex the CSR was super friendly and made my daughter really happy. He was really caring and social with both her and I. Dr. Powell was superb he listened to my daughter and myself. He took time to explain everything to me. I was very pleased with the office over all.

My son enjoys the company of Dr. Powell. Steven is wonderful with kids and makes my son feel heard and seen. My son gets along with everyone but not always comfortable with them. With Dr. Powell, he is very comfortable and enjoys having conversations with him. I love that he listens to my concerns, as well as the positives and negatives, and gives ideas on how we can help my son but never forces anything on a parent.

I would like to recognize Latrice. W MA!!! Latrice over the last few years has literally jumped into action on MANY occasions to help in any and ALL ways possible to help Emerson without hesitation and ALWAYS makes my worries/concerns felt heard and genuinely cared for. Not only as a patient but as a family we honestly couldn't be more grateful for all of her help and knowledge! We are beyond blessed to have both Steven Powell and Latrice on team Emerson from the bottom of my heart they are the BEST!!!!
