I had such a wonderful experience at this appointment.From the moment I walked in the front door the two front desk ladies were friendly, and efficient with big smiles that didn't quite. Truly an excellent customer service experience. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Lewis, and this Is truly some of the best bedside manner I have experienced. Dr. Lewis was truly attentive listening to all of my concerns and made me feel seen as a patient, while creating and very safe and comfortable environment for the appointment. His instructions and medical advice was clear and concise, it is clear to see his passion for the practice. Truly 10/10 experiences.

The front desk staff were extremely cordial, sharing their name with me. Impressive! The medical assistant did the same. Dr. Lewis was amazing and caring! I couldn't have asked for a more thorough first time evaluation with him and his plan for tests vs a different provider outside of Lee Health. I am so grateful that I got a chance to see Dr. Lewis as it is hard to get into neurology. I was a previous patient with Dr [last name]. Thank you All for the excellent care!

From the front desk/registration to Rachel and Dr Lewis everyone was excellent. Dr Lewis has an excellent bedside manner. With 43 years in HC he spoke to me at my level while still ensuring I understood everything he was doing and why.

Dr. Garrido is caring and thorough. The reason I answered some questions as good and not very good is because we are still in the process of working through my diagnosis to get the answers that we need at this time so that we can further progress. Dr. Garrido and his office staff are so proactive in getting me the medication's that I need as well in the most cost-effective way possible to me which I appreciate so very much. He is also taking the time to answer any questions. My daughter has relative to my condition.

Dr. Das assistant, Brianna was excellent at asking questions and providing answers. She was friendly and professional. Dr. Das Is exceptional in the way she focused on me, the patient and my issues. She is very meticulous and thorough. We discussed all my concerns, and she offered answers and guidance. I could not wish for a better neurologist and will recommend her as often as I can. What a great asset Dr. Das is to the Lee Health organization.

I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis four years ago. Dr. Das is the third and best neurologist that I have seen. She is very knowledgeable about my condition and took the time to listen to me and adjusted my medication appropriately. I am very impressed with her.

Dr. Sirbiladze and the team at lee neurology are amazing, they've always made sure that I can get a chance to try every possible medication for dealing with my chronic migraines when I kept failing off of different meds, and they're so quick about providing the scripts and all to specialty pharmacy so prior authorizations seem to be handled at lightning speed compared to other offices I dealt with in the past outside of the lee health system. He always explains everything in detail and answers all my questions. Their pharmacist who handles specialty scripts from their office is really nice and really great with explaining things to you every step of the way too, but I can't remember how to spell her name, sorry.
