Great staff, very responsive.
Have been seeing Dr. Ricci for many years. She takes the time to address any health concerns and provide recommendations for additional care as needed. We have developed a good relationship and I can be open and honest about my health care needs.

I’m an established patient. I find that I’m able to get an appointment within a very reasonable period of time to address an illness. Once there, things run on time, with minimal wait time to be seen by the provider. I’ve seen my doctor, as well as PA Rachel and NP Vanessa (depending on appointment availability) and have been satisfied with the care given by each provider. The practice seems efficiently run in all areas.

I almost always can get in to see the Dr, or the PA wither virtually or in the office the same day. The staff is very friendly.

Dr. Sastre has been my primary care doctor for over 8 years now and has never waivered in his care, compassion and treatment of my concerns.
The office staff is overall great! Welcoming and caring. This is critical when working with patients. You never know what someone is going through and their medical care is one of the most sensitive parts of their lives.
