Dr. Sastre is the best. He’s so thorough, kind and explains everything well. I never feel rushed when I’m at an appointment. The office is also very responsive to any questions or refill requests our family has.

The PCP doctors both my husband and I had recently left the Baptist family practice where we’d gone for years. Dr. Ahlgrim is a new PCP for my husband and me, and I am delighted that we found him.
Dr. Ahlgrim took an extra long time with us, asking us questions, listening to us, letting us ask questions and describe our concerns.
Even better, since his office is here in Nocatee it took less than 15 minutes to get to the office. Parking was easy, too.
Every person who helped us was also outstanding, very courteous, respectful, and professional. It’s been a very good experience.

Dr. Sastre and his team are always exceptional. Dr. Sastre in particular takes the position of being a partner in my healthcare; taking time to teach, show diagrams, and explain the science behind the reason for my visits. This is something the entire staff exhibits each and every time. I'm grateful to have this team helping to keep me healthy!

The office location is convenient. I like that it is small and cozy and in a location with close-to-the-door parking. Dr. Sastre is tops and always accessible through the portal! Staff is very friendly and easy to reach by phone to address a concern. Keep doing what you’re doing… I wouldn’t change a thing!
