This office, doctors, PA staff is very good, kind, courteous and spends as much time with you as needed. I’ve had 2 surgeries with them, both with very good outcomes. Highly recommend them.

Laura is exactly the kind of person you want working in the medical field. She has such a sweet, caring personality and truly listens to you. She never makes you feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what you’re saying and how you’re feeling. She’s also very sensitive and understanding when discussing things that may be difficult or stressful for you. I felt comfortable talking with her and never felt like I was just another appointment she needed to get through. Laura has the perfect personality for patient care, kind, compassionate, patient, and a great listener. I’m very thankful I had her for my follow-up appointment.

My experience with Laura was great. She is clearly someone who enjoys her job and does it well. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a name on a list of patients to get through. She was very thorough when she talked to me, annswering all of my questions and I left the office feeling good about my follow up appointment.

Laura was outstanding, an absolute gem, kind, courteous, empathetic and all a person could want in a hospital. I could say the same for Dr. Shepich, all the nurses (Kody, Caleb👍) and the entire staff at West Branch, they answered & explained in detail. I don’t have enough superlatives for all of them, great people all.
